Very disappointed! 1st Cashout was okay about 1 hour they send me on PayPal. But 2nd one not received 1 week already (they told should be 1-2 business days). I tried 2 support but no answer

I was enjoying this site but have found halfway through surveys it kicks you out. Frustratingly 4 times this morning I have completed 4 longer surveys that took over 10 mins each only to be told I didn't qualify and I didn't earn anything!
It's been quite easy to achieve the £4 limit to cashout but if this carries on I will uninstall the app and go with another

don't understand the bad reviews, joined 12 days ago, got lots of bonouses , cashed out bout 4 times made 30 odd pounds , hardly ever get screened out,cash in my pay pal instantly

It took me 5 days to make 6$, at first it was easy to make money, then it became harder at the last dollar I needed to cash out, suddenly all the surveys kept kicking me out. I only used it because the money I get from doing the surveys I use it to feed stray cats, then when I went to cash out, it asks for you to take a picture of yourself holding your ID, are we serious? Not only your ID, but a picture of yourself too, this is so sketchy, I’ve never had an issue with other apps asking sensitive information like this. I think they did this because a lot of people will do those surveys and then give up the money they made at the cash out because they don’t want to share their information (allegedly).

If you’re thinking about using Eureka Surveys, don’t. Seriously—save your time, your energy, and your sanity.

This platform dangles the illusion of easy cash in front of you, only to waste hours of your life for little to nothing in return. You’ll spend 10–20 minutes answering mind-numbing, repetitive questions, get all the way to the end… and then suddenly you’re “disqualified.” Funny how that always seems to happen right before a payout.

And when you do manage to complete a survey? Don’t get your hopes up. The rewards are painfully low, and reaching the payout threshold feels like grinding through a second job—except this one barely pays, if at all.

The biggest issue? Payout reliability is a joke. Users report delays, missing rewards, or never receiving their money altogether. What’s the point of putting in the time if the platform can’t even hold up its end of the deal?

Customer support is practically nonexistent. If something goes wrong—and it probably will—you’re left shouting into the void with no real help or accountability.

At the end of the day, Eureka Surveys feels less like a legitimate way to earn and more like a system designed to extract your time while giving as little back as possible.

Verdict: Not worth it. Not even close.

Did not pay out, was a member for quite some time and the first few payouts were fine but then it did not pay one and they didnt respond at all to my requests for an update

Very disappointed. The surveys either close on you or screen you out halfway through. I did earn £10 on there but then all my surveys started getting returned by the researchers. For what? Because I do them too fast? They are hardly rocket science and a lot of the questions are generic anyway so dont take long to get through. Sorry but I think this is a way not to pay out. Have deleted the app now as its a waste of time and effort.

I deleted my account and then the app. I initially liked the app as it was a quick, reliable and easy way to make a few extra bucks in my free time or get paid to lazily game. When I attempted to make my 11th cash out and according to the app, the deposit successfully completed. The money never showed up in my account. I took a screenshot of my transaction history showing that the payment never deposited and sent an email along with the screenshot to the help desk. They responded to me by putting the fault on PayPal and said that I needed to contact them about the deposit. Absolutely ridiculous. I did contact PayPal just to cover all my bases and they have no record of the deposit. I again emailed Eureka with that information and got the same response. They would take absolutely no responsibility for the non payment. I lost all trust in them following this and proceeded to close my account and delete the app. Be careful. As I said, I made 10 previous cash outs with no problem. But when there is a problem, they will not be of any valuable assistance.

I wish I could give 0 stars because they don't even deserve one star. At first, I thought Eurea was different from the other apps like this one. I am still waiting to get paid $46.00 for a level I completed. I have emailed Eureka and keep getting the run around. They keep telling me I have to contact the "third party" about my reward. They are a scam just like all of the other apps. I am deleting the app and will never use it again.

Rubbish with like 5p paying offer then they blocked me from cashing out after not giving me the money for a week

A few times I have got right through the surveys and got paid nothing at first they were brilliant but the last two weeks every survey I pick says surveys closed or don’t get paid

Was really loving this site after 320 surveys was doing good then got a warning a company sent a survey back to eureka saying I rushed or was not honest!!
How can you block or not send me anymore surveys
I think after so many years doing surveys I know the rules
I always am honest
Well now I hv no surveys and the contact eureka email address doesn’t work in yr site and even in my gmail my email was sent back to me as wrong address

So how do I contact you to ask why after so much work you decide go block my account??

Everything started well, received 2 cash outs but now I'm waiting for 4 cash outs! Sent 3 emails to their customer service with no answer.

Don't use this! Our phones got hacked and someone bought two laptop computers off our Amazon account

Eureka can decide one morning not to pay you anymore. Don't waste your time on this site. I requested my first cashout which was supposed to be instant but came after 6 hours. My second cashout has not come in over 72 hours. Additionally, I have done my ID verification endless times to expedite my cashout but to no avail. Each time I click the ID verification, it asks me to capture myself holding my ID, despite I have done this same process more than five times already.

I did receive my payment, but I was shocked to get an alert on my Eureka account from a researcher named BULLY claiming I didn’t do a thorough job. I took my time, answered each question in detail, and prayed over my responses. For this researcher to lie about my effort is unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Eureka, but unlike other platforms where I never face restrictions, I feel like this is a threat to my ability to earn. I hope Eureka reconsiders how they handle honest participants like me.

Useless company, they threaten you if you complete surveys too fast for them, only give you low paying surveys for high amounts of time, cash outs were good at least however i’ve currently been waiting over four hours now for a simple cash out to reach my paypal which has been the final straw for me, steer clear. i will never use this again after i recieve my final cash out.

So, I did go through some surveys, and days later found out that I am being threatened or warned, to put things mildly, for submitting surveys.

The researchers who have claimed them. Like PureSpectrum, or any other promising parties, have said that they rejected mine for giving misleading responses.

So, I’m not sure that is right to argue, considering that I spent a considerable amount of time, answering each questions carefully.

It is appalling to see that I’m likely going to get suspended, all because of the fact that I am only doing what’s there for me.

In the end, I rightfully earned it, just like what the app is designed for. No question or doubt.

I don’t ever feel safe by the accusers or those judging all because I am doing honest responses to each questions I’m happy to answer, and taking my time accordingly, so as to not give misleading, misinterpreted, or rushed answers.

That’s not all.

When they prompt you certain requirements, you are expected to respond with something worthwhile before you are finally accepted.

One instance being that if you admit to being Asian (Yes, I’m Chinese), and not White or any other ethnicities that they want to search for, they instantly reject you right on the spot.

It’s not being fair.

It’s completely unethical, disrespectful, and slanderous.

You would think that this goes in compliance with Terms and Conditions, Terms and Services, and Policies; To adhere to principles like diversity, equality and inclusivity, but this is far from it.

This is an instant hate vendetta.

I was enjoying this app up until today. I had done 51 surveys and the daily polls and made £19.41 over my time on the app.
I’ve been accused of cheating by Eureka following a “too many surveys of yours have been returned by clients” message and a threat of account restriction.
No worried there, I’ve deleted this app now as Ive been honest in all my responses to surveys and I will not be accused and have no option to reply to such accusations by an app that now has my data. I cannot be bothered to waste my time on an app that makes petty accusations to people with less than £20 earnings.

Avoid.

Completed survey and don’t get paid. Waste of time. With the survey they are collecting your personal data and sale it.
