not happy spending all my time doing a review for it to then end and give me 2p, thats not good. im here trying to get a bit of change because im homeless and without and been doing this for 2 days now and not even reach £2. i wont be doing this anymore total waste of time especially for someone in my position. so thanks for the waste of time and now i cant even log into the app to verify myself and cash out. see total waste of my time. thank you so musch

Tried to cash out last week, contacted support and still nothing… 1-3 days max it said. Cashed out on Monday and today is Sunday. Contacted support on Wednesday no reply. Save your time.

I cashed out with Eureka on May 16th and I stayed up for 2 hours waiting but never received the email and I checked spam mail and there is nothing and today they sent me an email saying that they sent it and that is a lie.Eureka Surveys is a SCAM

I have been a member of Eureka surveys for over a year now and have twice redeemed my smaller accumulated amounts, but this time I let it accumulate to over $30.00 and then attempted to redeem this. I immediately got an e-mail response thanking me for redeeming and asking me to write a review, but never got my gift card. I e-mailed customer service three times , each time waiting a few days for them to respond, but it will be two weeks tomorrow and nobody from Eureka customer service has responded to my e-mails. What a waste of time and how disappointing to see that after diligently and patiently accumulating $30.00 a few cents at a time, they have no decency to send me the redemption that I am entitled to and no decency to respond. Disgusted with them is putting it mildly.

Played this for weeks. No problem. Then my phone broke so I downloaded it on my tablet. Lost everything from my phone. Had to start over. Will not let me cash out. They say my number is already being used. Well yeah, that's my number but you can't delete it off a phone and then play on a tablet

So far so good i've been able to cash out no problem and it has been pretty good and fun to deal with!

I work for 2 months on a multi reward game offer. Was paid all rewards except the last one on the amount of $50. In the Eureka app, the game moved to history as completed and there was a green check mark next to the last task I wasn’t paid for BUT the reward changed from $50 to 0¢. I originally reached out to the game host/provider who informed me they processed my reward and that I needed to reach out to Eureka to find out what was going on with my payout. My first attempt to do that went ignored. My second attempt got me nowhere. Support told me they would escalate the issue and investigate by reaching out to the game host and would get back to me in 1-2 days. Several days later, I asked for an update with no response . After a week had passed, I asked again and they finally responded that they have a high request volume and asked for 48-72 additional hours. Another week passed with no follow up even with me emailing for updates. When I emailed again at the one week mark, the response I received was that a new request had been opened. I replied to that explaining everything. After a few days, they reply and disregarded everything I said and told me to reach out to the game provider?! I responded to that explaining things yet again and am now being completely ignored! I left a review in the App Store and the developer instructed me to email support yet again and include screenshots of my review and that they would once again escalate my request. Except they will not respond at all. I will be reporting this to the proper channels soon if this isn’t resolved. Editing to add: this had been going on for a month. I’ve been more than patient !

Still waiting on FOUR payouts, they are ignoring my emails don’t bother using this site, you are just wasting your time.
If and when I get my payouts I may change this review but been waiting about 4 months now and nothing.

Several things didn't add up when I first tried to cash out I noticed well it didn't show going to my PayPal so I did the proper steps and email them and they said make sure that my email was the correct one so I screenshot my email because many other gaming apps that you just play and best play and they were right right there when I screenshot paying out to me using that email that you just said didn't work then I got an email back saying they used a different email for me and it should be there I have two emails are connected so you can email either one goes to my PayPal and I know that but I went ahead and checked my PayPal again this is 3 days waiting and it's still not there and basically I feel like they're taking me in a circle and I feel like I wasted a lot of my time doing this and I'm disappointed in them not impressed you guys just fair warning if this happens to anybody else I wanted to bring it to the public's attention

Absolutely a joke, things worked well until , one month ago verification for payout and again week ago , fully completed verification, 11 emails , social media messages live chats , they will ignore you , try Askable or Attpoll much better survey companies who actually pay, reported too trading standards who are investigating, you will have your day eureka surveys.

Very bad app.. I reached the threshold I requested for cash out I was asked to do ID verification which I did. They email me that I will get my money in two business working days. Is over two weeks now no payment yet. I have written customer care five good times and they keep telling me I will get my money in two working business days. Is two weeks ! Don’t install they are fraud and scammers!

I can't understand why there are so many poor reviews for Eureka. I've only been with them a few weeks now and I've received 2 payments of £23.21 and £18.63. I do a lot of surveys with different companies and this is equal to the best of them. No problems up to now ! I just hope it continues like this.

I just received this message that won’t erase from my account I feel threatened I thought this app was legit but now I think it is a setup.

Absolute scam first couple of months were ok but then they start short changing you and never do anything about it,most of these apps are dubious so be wary committing to one because your time is precious.In the App Store they have a great rating so Apple should not be trusted

Eureka survey is a SCAM!!!! Don’t fall for it they steal you information and give it to scammers to try hack your Gmail do not fall for them

I just finished three 20 minute surveys only for them to post “SurveyClosed” at the end. What a frigging waste of time. I am done

This is a SCAM everyone they take all the money you earn! Do not get fooled. Customer service is not helpful. Total waste of time.

Do not use this, it is a scam! I earned money from surveys and games, it was hard and I spent a lot of time being rejected. When it came to cashing out I was asked to verify my phone number. They never sent the verification codes, therefore I couldn’t cash out and completely wasted lots of time playing and letting them have all my data for nothing.
