very bad experience . I cashout 6.5$ visa card first they message me you will receive it 1/2 days but they don't give it . I message support but they don't response

Avoid ....avoid!!!!After years of doing surveys...suddenly I am flagged and cash out stoped because I couldn't provide uk I'd/driving licence photos...As a member of EU living here and working for over 20 years...found it discriminated and unexplained. App deleted and never look back!!!

The first cashout they sent it in 30 minutes but the second cashout it has been almost 2 days and i still didnt recieve it

Absolute trash app. They’re too lenient, on letting surveys kick you after you’ve answered 50 questions. And instead of getting a decent payout for the 10 minutes you spent on the survey, they’ll pay you .02$. It should be beyond illegal. And they especially kick you out of them if you’re not black, hispanic, gay, or democratic.

I joined this site over 2 years ago , in the beginning plenty of surveys and opportunities. There have been no surveys on this site for over 2 months .

Absolute rubbish, don't waste your time on this

The surveys keep getting cancelled by the researcher. This happens quite often, making the survey site a waste of time.

I tried cashing out of that stupid app expecting to get my money but nope wasted two weeks of my time for 60$ I never got.

I reached out to support and followed up. I still heard nothing back. I cannot cash out despite spending significant amount of time on the platform. I would AVOID this platform.

I bought an Eureka vacuum cleaner from, and on the very first use, the bottom brush came apart. After contacting Eureka customer support through multiple emails, sending photos of the broken parts and my purchase receipt, they told me I would have to ship the entire vacuum back at my own expense in order to get a replacement.
I even asked if they could simply send me the broken replacement part so I could fix it myself, but they refused. The return shipping cost was almost as much as buying a new vacuum cleaner, which made the process feel unreasonable and discouraging.
Very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I would recommend looking at other vacuum cleaner brands instead.

There is no words to say other than Amazing! Get yourself onto taking surveys with Eureka Surveys and you will not be dissapionted. That much to finding yourself though a journey.

All the reviews from people not receiving any cash, or replies from the company are all true, here is another review same problems, if you are on this app my advice delete it straight away don't waste your time and don't pass any ID over to them to collect or try to collect.

I worked dead hard to make £4 and this app did not pay me. Its a complete scam. They wanted my photo for verification I gave it. Then customer services just did not reply. No response at all. Don't waste your time on this app. There is many that pay immediately!

UPDATE: I eventually did get paid my total sum. I gave up and stopped doing anything on the app. However it does remain that I still have very little trust in this company.

Basically a scam company. They use your time and effort telling you they will reward you but you won’t receive anything. I cashed out an Amazon voucher for £34 which took a good while. They won’t respond to anything and clearly do not care about anyone and just want your information.
It’s a shame that I can’t leave a zero star as one is too much.
Don’t waste your time and effort when there are plenty of survey sites which do value your time and effort.

I signed up with a number that I had that eventually I lost because the service ended. I contacted them in order to change the number so I can verify my account, with my number since I never verified it, and they are telling me I cant change my number to verify my account. Literally what I asked is to change the number that should be one of the easiest things supports can handle or should at least be available on the app, so many other apps have that option to change and update your number and somehow eureka doesn't. Now I cannot redeem any of my money because they refuse to allow me to change my number. That's utter bull crap and this apps support is absolutely full of crap.

Hours of my life i wont get back
Got my first cashout immediately then I cashed out again and received nothing. Emailed the"support" team 3 times ...no reply. This is a scam....and a total waste of my time

2 cashout now which I didn't receive until now. the first one is few days ago and the second one is just now. I do not have any problem before and instantly I receive the cashout. no response from the support team about my queries. this seems getting information on me which is dangerous. I just saw now that its not me who has the same problem raised to them. I am still expecting that they will get aid me on my 2 cashout.

This bastards are scammers... I have tried cashing out for almost a month ago, emailed support several times but no response and no money was sent to my PayPal account. Close down this survey website and report them to FBI.
