I have multiple Super73 bikes and…
I have multiple Super73 bikes and encountered issues with two of them. Super73 support resolved one issue through an over-the-air update and the other by providing a replacement part. It took some back-and-forth communication to identify and solve the problems, but they ultimately got the job done. While I'm not sure if it's just bad luck with my bikes, the production quality control could be improved. However, I appreciate the support team for resolving the issues.

For 2weeks my bike was lost, and I had to contact many times the carrier to have informations about it.
I won’t command on the website Super73 but my bike seems very cool (arrived yesterday I couldn’t try it yet).

Great bike, no issues for the first 500km
Bought the bike and am having a blast! The app could use some work as it doesn't save settings so for every use you have to change settings. (You can use other apps that don't have this problem)
Disappointing Service and Safety Concerns for a High-Cost Bike
The customer service was extremely sluggish. We encountered a significant issue where the bike was operating autonomously, posing a serious safety risk. Resolving this problem took an excessively long time. As a customer, I had to rent a van to travel to Den Haag for the bike's repairs. I am deeply dissatisfied with the poor customer service, especially considering the high cost of the bike.

Cool bikes and great service
Great experience with getting advice on the best bike that suits me but also afterwards with troubleshooting or getting some accessories. I get stopped in my tracks quite often to be asked about the bike, it’s a looker.
Buyer beware no replacement parts
The bike was great when it worked. It is a nightmare now that it is broken.
However when it breaks down and it will there are no parts. And if there are parts they are ridiculously priced!! 800€ for a replacement battery. I can buy a whole other bike for that price. It took over a month to diagnose the failure and all they could give me as a fix that they couldn’t guarantee would work is a 799€ battery. Look elsewhere. Judge a company not by their product, but by their customer service.
A waste of 2000€ that lasted 2 years and a half.
