Client support takes 3 weeks to answer a simple request about cancelling the order, as you cannot cancel online by yourself.
Surprinsingly, I received the cancel order form after the allowed cancelling period.
Package delivery status does not work, the delivery arrived on a random day, not annonced, thankfully I was home.
Stopped working after first firmware update
Had the bike for 2 days. I did drive 5 km. Made an firmware update and since then it stopped working.
Now i am waiting for more than a week for an answer from their support.
The headlight of bike have a problem
The headlight of bike have a problem. It doesn't work. So i sent an email 3 times but u never reponse.
Don’t buy it!
If I could turn back time I would never have purchased an electric bike from this company. The bikes are way too heavy and do not ride 25km/h, let alone when a person is on them that they ride that fast. In an incline you even have to go by foot. The service is also unacceptable. When I wanted to return the bike in person, this less than 24h after delivery, I heard nothing more from customer service. I absolutely do not recommend this bike and hope this is read by potential buyers. Do not buy it!
It is definitely not worth its money.

What a feeling :)
If you are looking for an ebike that is not standard fare, this is the right place for you. Brilliant looks, good workmanship and extremely comfortable. No other bike gives you the feeling that comes across here. But as far as I am concerned, there is also a drawback: There is no base in Germany. I would have had to drive several hundred kilometers to test drive it. Otherwise, I would buy it again any time ;)
