I ordered a lot of mugs months ago in April. And just received the confirmation that there went something wrong en that I can get my money back. But they never did and do not answer my mails anymore. Never buy from the Europe site. This has really turned also me off from the brand.

Don't waste your time or money. I ordered my mug in August. And just received the confirmation (that I had to ask for) that my package is lost. They said I would be getting a refund. Yeah I doubt they will honor it. Never buy from the Europe site. The shipping from Vietnam was weird too. Every three days it was just being sorted and waiting in a depot for like a month. This has really turned me off from the brand.

Order after 45 days not delivered strange tracking number, now lost package…. No answer from costumer service

Ordered a quencher from them and it was never delivered have contacted them twice with no response yet. I’ll have to dispute the charge with my bank if I don’t hear back now. AVOID.

Once I opened a charge back I heard back from them within a couple of days they offered to re send the product which I agreed to however they then replied they couldn’t resend it without me cancelling the chargeback first.. highly suspicious request as they know a chargeback cannot be reopened if they don’t actually re send my order so I refused until I either got the product I paid for or got a refund at which point they stopped replying. Scam artists to say the least.

I’ve ordered three quenchers almost three weeks ago and I haven’t gotten them yet. Even though it’s only 3-5 days delivery to Austria.

I’ve contacted support and customer service through every possible channel and they are not responding at all.

3 weeks in and 175€ less in my bank account, I can only pray for an answer or a refund. I’ve never experienced anything like this before.

I am ordering for the second time. The first time around there were no issues and I was overall very happy with the experience.
This time around I never received my order and according to the shipping information there was an attempted unsuccessful delivery and the order has been returned to the original sender.
When I first saw the unsuccessful delivery attempt, I contacted the shipping company and they informed me that the phone number is wrong and the original sender needs to be contacted. They said they will do it but I should reach out as well. I did this but never heard back from neither from the shipping company, nor from Stanley.
Now the order has been returned, yet they haven't reached out to inform me about this, nor have I received my money back. I reached out to customer support via ticket again - no response.
My next step is to try and dispute the charge with my bank. It's a shame, because I did really want to get my cup but with this horrible customer experience I will never be ordering again.

Ordered two cups on July 27, 2025, with shipment included. However, the delivery guy wanted money for the shipment.
Without further explanation, the cups were returned to Stanley. However, no news from them. No reaction on my ticket or my email.

Ordered 2 items for around €100 July 25th, after that there are no updates on the tracking. It just says “order created”. No response on the ticket as well. How can it be like this? Where is the customer service? Did they just take my money for nothing?

I love my Stanley mugs, whether winter or summer, they're the perfect complement to any outfit. They're reliable and practical. And tomorrow, a chili-colored mug will join my collection. I'm so excited.

I really like Stanley products. What I don't appreciate is that if you pay with a voucher, you have to pay for delivery, regardless of how much you spend on the website.

Great quality, I have several Stanley Cups and wouldn't want to be without them.

This is my very first Stanley cup and honestly I bought it with a simple goal - to force myself to drink more water. Since getting this cup, now I’m drinking water regularly, and I can truly feel the positive effects on my body.
This cup keep the temperature perfectly. Whether it’s keeping my drinks ice-cold during hot days or my tea warm on chilly mornings. I just love that!
I work in a profession where I use my voice a lot, and hydration is mandatory. Thanks to my Stanley, I can sip warm water with honey all day long, which helps me keep my throat in great shape. It’s become an obligatory tool in my work and daily routine.
I never thought something so simple could make such a big job. It Is worth to buy it.

I didn’t need a Stanley quencher…. Until I got one. Now? I own three. Don’t judge me ~ each one has a vibe. There is my ‘gym motivation’ quencher, my ‘dark aesthetic’ quencher, and, of course, my ‘emotional support water bottle that goes literally EVERYWHERE with me’.

These things are magical. They keep my water glacier cold al day, they have the perfect handle for carrying around like a tiny hydration suitcase, and yes ~ they fit in the car cupholder, which feels like a small miracle for a 40 oz beauty.

Also, I drink more water now. Coincidence? I think not.

If you are on the fence: get one. But fair warning…. You might end up with a collection.

The website was easy to navigate and the Order a delivery process was really fast.
The quality of the cup is great as always!

Website very easy to use. Got a discount code for 1st time orders but it didn't work even though my order was 100 euros.
A bit disappointed with the flip straw mouth piece. Its too big. Could have used a softer plastic on it also.

I have now a lot of Stanley products. All of them are great! The last one i bought was the adventure stacking beer Pint. Cold Beer for an hour with 39 degree outside. I love it. The same with the Go Quick Flip Water Bottle. The lid was broken. I have open a ticket an get a new bottle after a short time. Top products and a great support

Quick service, great prices. Only sad thing is that a lot of models are sold out Quickly.

Great customer service. My first cup came a bit scratched (probably from shipping or something) and they immediately sent me a new one at no cost! Only thing: I probably wouldnt buy the flip-straw cup again, as it it water and leakproof yes, but I often cannot open the straw and the bottle because the suction is too heavy. Sometimes, I had water splashed all on me when opening. I wouldnt complain, its a bottle, but it should not be like this for this price (50€).. ;)

There's quite some hassle involved with automatic resizing of the png file, but all in all, it looks great. Amazing custom aerolight for the kids!
