I recently ordered several personalized Stanley Cups and was thoroughly impressed! The website was easy to navigate, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. I loved the wide range of personalization options that let me add my own touch. The cup itself is high-quality, stylish, and keeps drinks hot or cold for hours. I’m so happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again!

Our Stanley collection gets bigger every year and reaches over a dozen of various cups and bottles from this brand now. We just all absolutely love them all! The quality is outstanding, they don’t spill and most importantly: They keep cold drinks cold. Only downside is, Stanley does not exactly support repairing or keeping your once bought Stanley product for as long as possible. It’s the opposite, when something breaks or gets lost, they don’t offer spare parts. Also I cannot understand why they can’t offer existing customers to update their „regular“ Quencher to the leakproof and way more convenient flip straw one by selling the straw lid separately. I had actually reached out to customer service regarding this issue and the response was not very satisfying. So I literally „had“ to buy another Quencher as we are always on the go and have three little ones and so we need a bottle where nothing sticks out or spills out and that can be carried and thrown almost everywhere.
So other than the missing customer orientation, but the sole focus on profit, Stanley products are definitely a good investment.

I was really excited to purchase my Stanley product, as I had heard great things about the quality. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. After only a short period of normal use, the lid suddenly broke, without any dropping or misuse.

I contacted customer service hoping for a solution, but I was told there would be no compensation or replacement. For a brand that markets itself as durable and reliable, this is extremely frustrating and unexpected.

I expected much better quality and customer support from Stanley. I will think twice before buying from them again.

Best money spent. It all started with the crossbody bottle. Now I have a whole family + I gifted two to my parents who asked me to buy them more and now all there golf friends and getting one too.
I am impressed to see a product that is as pretty as functional. I left the bottle under the sun for a whole twelve hours in the car. And the water was still iced. Honestly, I cannot talk enough about this brand. And bonus for the lids that can be screwed both ways and that you can slide the one with straws with the sip side.

I recently got the limited edition Stanley Quencher ProTour in Coastal Teal Motion as a gift for my daughter, and she fell in love with it instantly. The color is absolutely stunning — fresh, vibrant, and unique — and the design feels modern yet true to Stanley’s classic roots. She decorated it with stickers and now takes it everywhere: on trips, hikes, to the beach, and even just in the car. It’s become her favorite companion.

My wife and I both own older versions of the Quencher, which we still love, but the ProTour model is clearly a step up. One major improvement is that this new version doesn't leak when tipped over — once the straw is closed, everything seals perfectly. No spills, no mess. It’s a huge plus, especially for kids.

We love taking our Quenchers to the beach — nothing beats having ice-cold water all day long. We even bought special ice molds shaped like hollow cylinders made specifically for the Quencher. They last forever — sometimes even two days!

If I had to point out one minor downside, it's that the lid was a bit hard to open at first. But after a bit of use, it loosened up, and now even our 6-year-old daughter can open and close it on her own.

As for the store experience: top marks. The package arrived within about 3 days of ordering, everything was packed well, and we had zero issues. I just hope they start selling replacement ProTour lids soon — that would be the cherry on top!

Overall, I highly recommend both the product and the shopping experience. Beautiful design, functional upgrades, and a big smile on my daughter’s face — what more could you ask for?

I love the stanley quenchers and now since they added the pro-tour version with the flip straw it's even better. I only wish we got more color options for it like they have on the US site. Fingers crossed :)
