customer experience under my expectacions

It’s written that the return is free, but it’s not.
Change is not available, you just have to ask for refound (shipping back not included) and than you have to order again what you need.

First of all, we are very sorry to hear that our service did not meet your expectations. We are able to offer free returns from a number of countries, but we unfortunately cannot offer free returns from every country that we are able to ship to. You can find out more about which countries we can and cannot offer free returns from via our FAQ page - https://www.etriasbrands.com/faq#retourneren.

Furthermore, if you want to change anything about the products in your order, we can of course process this for you. We can also change your shipping or billing address for you, except the country of destination. Once this is chosen at the checkout, it cannot be changed in our system.

We'd very much like to see what we can do to help you. Very good service
