Ok so the coat was too small but I’ve ordered the next size up. Returns are easy and delivery is soooo fast.

I had never used Etrias before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The ordering process was very easy, PayPal is offered as a payment method and delivery was quick. Would recommend them.

One of the glasses was smashed when I opened the box which was very disappointing.

The wine glasses Themselves are very nice I would suggest that each glass is individually wrapped inside the box to avoid breakages.

I love this coat which is exactly as described. My only disappointment is that there are no reflective or hi vis markings on the coat which makes me difficult to see on Winter evening walks. Maybe something to be included in future coat designs ?

There was a slight hickup with my order, but there was good communication with customer service so I didn't mind at all. Items arrived neatly packed. Only downfall is that returns are not refunded. I had to return my item as the shoes were a size too big, had to pay for that myself. Other than that, great service and great products.

Fast delivery and good service. Very happy with my birkenstocks.
