Don't believe if the website says in stock.
Canceled my order today after weeks of being lead on. I ordered a plow 12/17/25 said in stock, delivery 12/23/25. After many chats I received a email that it is being packaged and shipping is drop order and will receive by 1/17/26. I checked if it had shipped and it was back to waiting for stock. I contacted them and was told 4 more weeks. Enough was enough. I canceled the order

I appreciate the advice that I received and I feel like it was given thoughtfully. My response and follow up questions were answered and sensible reasons were given to back it up. It is obvious this company is knowledgable in the realm of roof racks, and I didn’t feel pressured at all to purchase or go forward with the products that Jerred recommended.

Robin answered my questions right away. Based on his quick response, I purchased a spare tire bracket and received within days. Needed to purchase longer galvanized bolts (5.5-inches) as my frame is 6.5 x 4.0 inches and the std 4.5 inch bolts were a bit short. Very happy with the fit and quality of the mount.
