Stress free experience sorting our wills with Colin
We had been avoiding sorting out our wills and now wish we had done it sooner, Colin made the whole process much less daunting. He was very knowledgeable and explained things simply and clearly which we were both very grateful for. Also appreciated the ability to have a meeting outside of core working hours which suited our needs. Many thanks would recommend Colin to anyone in the same position as us.

Been waiting for over 5 weeks for our wills.
Initial phone call was ok but the guy obviously didn’t record anything as following me chasing the forms he emailed me to ask the same question again. I complained and a week later same guy sent emails ask me to answer same questions?
Then it was passed to his manager who sent me the details with my wife’s maiden name, he then corrected this and sent me new forms where I (Mr) was put down as my wife and referred to as such.
So I asked for my money back.
They refused to advise who their director was.
What a bunch of clowns!

Anthony P was very helpful and knowledgeable. Although my assets are modest, he spent at least 90 minutes on the phone finding out my wishes and giving some useful information that I wasn’t aware of thus letting me know what choices I had. I feel strongly that he was concerned about my circumstances. I would certainly recommend him to others who (as in my case) wish to set up a trust within a Will. My mind feels much at rest now.
