Frustrating
I tried using a virtual number for a government portail. Sometimes the SMS came through, other times it didn’t. I had to retry a few times which was frustrating. Works, but not 100% reliable for critical services.

Can’t receive calls on virtual number, customer help is terrible
I bought a virtual phone number to call uk from us. I was able to call uk but can not receive calls, customer service by the chat box is ridiculously slow or not answered! Zero stars and wanting a refund.

Used it for a trip across Southeast Asia. The connection was smooth in cities but dropped in more remote areas. Would recommend, but make sure you have a backup in rural areas.

I had a minor issue with my eSIM activation, but the support team resolved it within minutes. Their eSIM worked well during my trip and I never had to worry about finding Wi-Fi. Highly recommend this service to anyone traveling.

Good and cheap service
I purchased the Asia package for a two-week trip and it was worth every penny. The data allowance was more than enough and the connection was stable even in remote areas. I also appreciated the detailed instructions provided for activation.

In addition, the prices for sms and calls are specified in the mobile application.
To see the cost of communication in a specific country:
1. Open the ESIM Plus mobile application.
2. Tap "Phone numbers" in the bottom left corner of the screen.
3. Tap the large gray "Add new number" button.
4. Select the corresponding country code you would like to use.
5. Select the number from the list.
6. When you get to the number page, click on the line with dark gray letters above the tariffs shown "Calls&SMS Pricing" and in the search bar that opens, find the country you are interested in.
7. The rates for the country you selected in the previous step will appear automatically.

The virtual number for France took hours to activate, which was frustrating. Once it worked, it was fine, but the delay was a letdown. Decent for emergencies, but not ideal for time-sensitive needs.
