I would like to raise a complaint regarding my recent experience with your eSIM service.
For the past two days, I have been unable to receive SMS messages. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that it was due to a technical issue.
I made a payment using my credit card, but after the transaction, the system showed that the number was not available and that I would be refunded. However, I was still charged $8 on my credit card. I reported this to customer service, but there has been no response, and the chat was marked as closed by Ann.
This is my first time using your eSIM service, and I’m very disappointed with the experience. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

Disappointing and poor quality, a waste of money.
The telephone line rarely worked. Texts did not come through. The calls that did go through on my own end were of very poor quality. I tried to get a refund and was told I had to do that before activation. Poor quality of communication and poor customer service. A waste of money.

Hi, right now due to the recent DdoS attack on the provider the service is unstable. The refund is made only in case the service isn't used at all. Also, it must be noted that the Terms of Use state that there might be disruptions due to the factors beyond our control and that we cannot influence on. Unfortunately, this is the current case. when i say the service is too expensive, i dont mean the rates exactly,
my oroblem is ... when iake a phone call and the answering machine comes on from the other end .. and i hang up.

You just get a phone number to RECEIVE only text message or call from PEOPLE not compagny people only. And the monthly price if for the ACTIVATION only and you gotta input balance to send and receive text/call...

eSIM Plus: A total scam. Avoid it
The website not only misleads users by saying it's simple to sign up and that you only need to create an account and pay, but then when you try to use the service, they ask for a ton of personal documents that could be used for identity theft. On top of that, the customer service is terrible; they don't solve anything and in the end, they just tell you they can't do anything. I absolutely do not recommend this service. In the end, I lost my money because they refused to give me a refund, and I couldn't even use the line for the entire month. Very bad service

Avoid these scum bags. Their website says unlimited calls and sms, but non of that is available. You can’t even text or receive sms. Their website says they take crypto but they don’t. Their website also says no paper work, but they request address and government legal documents to activate a shit number that don’t work.

Customer Service is Appalling and they won’t let you delete plans on account
The service from customer service is poor. So basically it seems to not let you remove a plan from your account and when you add a plan it’s stuck to your name. The FAQs are extremely misleading and the customer service from their teams do not understand you. When my plan ran low on data it would not let me access the account to load more I had to find WiFi to do this and when I did it would confuse things with just adding a new eSIM on my eSIM account on my phone. Not much credit for calls .
Service is BAD BAD BAD . A bunch of scammers given how the confusion can get you in a bad situation only worked well while I were in Turkey until I ran into problems of running out of data and needing a place with WiFi to recharge.

Avoid this app. I paid for a number that was already tied to someone else’s Telegram and WhatsApp accounts. I couldn’t use it for anything, and the support team just shrugged it off.
This is possibly illegal, they’re selling recycled numbers while claiming they work for secure services.
Do not trust this app unless you want to waste your money and time. I will file complaints to the ECC.
UPDATE: They refunded the unused months, I will be looking for another e-sim provider.
