Esim.me works great, I've been using it continusly last 9 months. Great for travelling when you stay short time in a country, but also deals are sometimes better than local sim.
Also support is realy efficient and quick.
Highly recommended.

I placed an order on Sunday, and wrote them an email, and they responded to my email on Sunday (it was a real answer, not an automated message) They mailed my esim card on Monday, and it arrived on Tuesday by UPS, which was very surprising because I never had a package arrive from Germany (or in fact any countries) to Hungary right the next day. The card works perfectly, just as described on their website. I sent a few questions by email, which they responded very thoroughly to within one-two hours. Their only drawback is the price, which is a bit expensive to spend on a relatively old mobile phone, however, they assured me that a replacement is free in case the card is lost or stolen. The service is truly excellent, and if you do not wish to buy a brand new phone just to have the esim capability, this service is the perfect choice for you.

I written the following email to esim.me customer service being very frustrated that my esim is stuck in their service and I cant even erase it from their app:
"Hello!
I cant delete my esim profile, because i can't tap on the three-button menu on the right of the esim profile, it just goes into profile details and enables it. Also after you logged in the first time and then closed the app you can't open it again cause it just stuck at the loading screen. Also when you delete the app and install it again it just doesn't see the sim card unless you actually open the tray and put it back into the phone again. Overall I've spent above 100 euro for a sh^tty app that doesn't even work properly. I need my phone number so please solve this goddamn issue with a disabling profile!"
While I used some words like "sh^tty app" and "goddamn issue" I dont think that my email was that provocative given that at the time I actually lost access to my esim because of their service. What was really provocative in my opinion is their response to me:
"Hello,
We don’t like the tone of your voice writing us in that way. Who the F@#k do you think you are ?
Start with an apology and we will then show you what you could have ready already. It is all there.
Best regards,
The eSIM.me Team"
So, overall the app doesnt properly work, risk of loosing your esim and customer service that instead of helping you asks you "who the f@#k do you think you are?". Advising you not to use their services

I had a problem with deactivating an esim but when I contacter the support they answered really quick and they helped me solveig the problem. Overall I had really good experiences with esim.me so I highly recommence it.

They do not respond to tickets, there was a problem with esim profile getting stuck and can't remove it nor can activate it fully and no response from them to help fix the problem.
Not something you would expect from a German company, very not trustworthy!!
Changing from 2 stars to 1.. Still no response from them even when contacted by email, contact form and multiple submitted tickets.
EDIT: They have responded after some days but hardly found a solution they only said that i should get another eSIM card and they offered to download older app supposedly that should fix the visual bug of they program but in the end it is still not working and they don't care to give a real solution..
UPDATE 2:
They said they will fix this visual bug where my esim card is stuck within a new software that will hopefully deploy within 3-4 weeks of time, will update this review then if they finally managed to fix it or not.

PROS: The eSIM adapter for my Samsung worked well.
CONS: The software is not as mature as it should but it works. Bad Ticketing Support System. If you add aditional information to an open ticket, the Support lose access to the ticket (¿?) even if it status keeps "pending" in their web.
MORE INFO: I bougth a 10 GB e.SIM profile from them for a 1 week travel to USA and I was never aware of its activation. It looks that when I activated the profile in my Homeland before the travel to USA to test it, it started to consume data in my Country (it was supposed that the coverage area was only USA). The rest of the data was strangely consumed in my Hotel where I had WIFI. My Support Ticket was not answered during my travel (1 week) but only after my back to my Home Country. The cause seems to be that when I added more data to my ticket to help them with the resolution it caused they could not access the ticket. Fortunately I succeed in using an eSIM profile from Holafly which worked very well.
They need to improve the software, the Ticketing System and the information provided in their web about the eSIM profiles.

The product and the idea behind it are unique and allow many older devices to use the advantages of eSIM. Unfortunately my device turned out to be not compatible, but the support was so nice and helpful. They used that information to add it to the app and database to not show it as compatible anymore and refunded me immediately. I was genuinely impressed how they handled it. I would have loved to use it, and the many good reviews just confirm this. If you have a compatible phone, just order it and you will be very likely happy with your purchase. Especially when you have a use case like traveling or business numbers where you can benefit from this system.

I have several of the reviews here and I'm not sure how these guys are getting a bad rating. I tested my solution out on a Redmi 10 Pro and installed one eSIM on it to test it before moving my other phones lines. After a couple of minor bumps, the technical support guys were absolutely fantast!!! Highly responsive, and very knowledgeable… I'm not sure why these guys are getting 1 stars from some of the reviewers, but if you have issues contact form on the website. These guys were OUTSTANDING in my opinion... above and beyond in support... so refreshing!! I am in Canada and using a Canadian number, 2 USA numbers and a European number and they all work seamlessly.

How these guys get less than 5 stars is beyond me. I have been a technical guy for 35 years and I am now running a new business that requires multiple phone numbers. eSIm.me is AWESOME. I bought an eSIM.me card and gave the technical support several curve balls with my use case and they knocked it out of the park... FABULOUS TECHNICAL SUPPORT... Above and beyond in all aspects of technical support AND resolving my issue. If you are even considering eSIM.me don't... GO FOR IT... There is NO WAY you will be disappointed!!!

I had my doubts whether my phone (Huawei P30) would be compatible, and whether esims would work fine in general, but so far the esim.me has worked fine and been compatible with both my phone and all eSim cards I have tried (my own "home" telco DNA in Finland and a few travel esims I purchased when traveling in Asia & Australia for data.
I also ran into issues, but they don't have anything to do with the esim.me product as such. Installing and configuring esims can be tricky sometimes. To get one of the travel esims to work I had to email the data esim seller, who provided me the correct settings. Some other cards work "as is". So I can understand the frustration that many people blame esim.me for issues that have more about the esims to do or the configuration they need manually set.
I also received support from esim.me, they answered in about 1hour when I asked them about why my "home" esim. only worked in wifi-call mode when roaming. The issue had nothing to do with esim.me but they quickly gave me some advise notheless. The issue was later solved when I called my carrier. Apparently the reason why my esim did not work when roaming was that it was configured in their end as a secondary sim (that don't work abroad). They changed it to primary sim and now it works.

Customer service is useless. I described the problem, they asked me to send screenshots. I sent it and they have been ignoring me for several weeks. I still have the same problem and it's impossible to reach them.

1. "You write that it is impossible to reach our support, while you also write that you have being asked to provide screen shots." - yes, it's possible to reach the support at the beginning. But when you ignore after, it's impossible to reach you in any other way. There is no forum, chat. It's only an email that is not responding. The only solution is to write to Trustpilot.
2. "Our trouble ticket system keeps track of your ticket, please just write in your ticket that you require more assistance and that you still have a problem." - Ok. There is no problem for me to wait, but I don't even know if you are investigating my case, you don't answer "Ok. We'll investigate your case in detail". I even wrote the second mail a few weeks after asking if you could answer me more regularly, and still hasn't any response.
3. "Writing a "review" here will definitely not solve your problem as you are posting anonymously. We could assume that this "review" is even Fake :(" - I can't post here my email since the system doesn't allow me to post it, but it's my username @ gmail com. And I cannot provide the screenshot as links are forbidden in the post.

Work flawlessly I use esim.me card on Xiaomi mi10T lite and I works like a charm. I was thinking to change my phone to get an esim compatible device because I travel alot for work reasons. But thanks tou esim.me I can use my current device with esims.

I was about to replace my 2-year old phone, because as a frequent traveler, I needed eSIM. So many times I wasted hours trying to find a place which sells physical SIM cards in countries like Mexico, Pakistan, Argentina or even the USA. Having no Internet after leaving the airport is also rather bad.
I almost ordered my new phone with eSIM support, but I randomly found eSIM.me. I ordered the card and it arrived in a couple days to Hungary. To my surprise, I could order my first eSIM within 5 minutes of getting the card out of my mailbox. It works flawlessly.
I quickly ordered my second card, so I can put one in my travel hotspot as well. Hats off to the team for coming up with this awesome product. I am beyond excited about the time and effort this is going to save me, not even taking the fact that I can continue using my phone and will not have to buy a new one. Thank you so much.
I purchased an esim.me card for my samsung s5. Asked in advance if this works and got confirmation from esim.me they have possitive experience for s5's. Then bought a Maya mobile esim for 1 month unlimited data in Europe but cannot install the profile with the barcode. Get the message that there is an issue with the server of the network provider who replied within minutes. Send out a question to esim.me but based on past questions ( one no reply at all, one after two day's) this may take some time. I will keep you all updated and still hope esim will get this working on the s5.
Update 7-7. One day later I received a reply to wait for the esim app to be updated. Because I leave on 8-7 for vacation and need it working on 8-7 I requested a refund which was granted. Because of my vacation I could not yet send back which I emailed to esim. To be updated after I received my money back. Communication regarding refund was quick so updated review to 2 stars.
Update 6-8: I have finally received the refund. The procedure for this is clear and communication is OK. Only major issue is that the esim did not work in time for me. As seen in the comments from esim I needed to wait for the ap to be updated which was updated just after I went on holiday. This was too late for me so could not test if the esim works on the Samsung S5 in combination with the updated app. So my experience:
* If you want the product to work on a S5 within a limited time frame, do not buy the esim from this company. You will not be sure if it will work after first installation.
* Communication is brief and not extremely fast as some companies do (I now have an esim and Pixle phone and a Maya Mobile esim, this works flawless and compared to Maya, Esim.me is not fast but OK).
* The product will probably work on the Samsung S5 after esim.me has done some adjustments in their app but fairly stated, if I buy something I do not want to be a testcase to get a new product up and going.
* Do not fully believe if Esim.me states that the product will work on a Samsung S5 (other older phones I do not know). It might work but they should add to this statement that some tuning might be needed to get it working.

I had a problem with their eSIM at first: had. tough times adding Magti card to it. At first, the support also was not that informative.
After a while, I decided to figure out, what was the problem, and that time the support was helpful and, after a while, my card was replaced
At the moment I am anticipating starting to use the new cards.
I should say that I am impressed with the support for the small operators in small countries like Magti: they were informed that it is a troublesome operator, though I could not find any information regarding that on the internet.
I have a suggestion though: include support in the app (at least at the moment the support is through e-mail, and that is inconvenient on the go)
I have a eSim for 5 numbers. The first number works fine, but I could not add the second number. The app gets into an infinite wait. Restarting the phone and the app help to get the second eSim information into the app, but Enable it does not work (the app gets into an infinite wait). I read somewhere and explanation that it take too long for the app to access the sim card, if that is the case don't tell me that my phone is compatible, and why it did not have an issue with the first eSim number?
Customer service have not responded to my support request from 4 weeks ago.
To summarize, worthless unless you only need one number.

Installing the eSIM.me card in my phone was easy, but my mobile service provider could not grasp the concept of an eSIM card that would change the eSIM "compatibility" of my Motorola phone. I emailed the eSIM.me technical team and they quickly provided a solution that was simple and effective. Now the phone works flawlessly.

I have to make a new review since esim.me has not only corrected but doubled the sending to ensure I receive my simcards before I leave for holidays.
Naturally my previous review was negative but it was more of a UPS shipment problem, rather than esim.me.
Now the card is there and installed with the app.
