Hazel who assisted us through the closing was very professional, knowledgeable and quite responsive. The Customer Service we interacted with were also very responsive and supportive.

A domain registration for under 300.00 has become a nightmare…The software for uploading ID is horrible….You cannot upload more than one side of a Drivers’s license at a time….and they want you to hold ID with your hand next to your face…Ridiculous….Then they need proof of PayPal payment even though the payment goes directly to them !!!!
Finally more verification if you send a check from your business account….A simple low dollar transaction has taken a week so far…..Horrible communication on top of this…..There are other escrow services….I have informed the domain agent about my problems…..IF YOU HAVE A OPTION STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE ESCROW SERVICE……
Customer satisfaction should always be the priority in any business transaction over process….Escrow.com will be a much better Company when they take customers satisfaction seriously rather than just “process” I have had less problems buying a house going thru escrow for 500,000.00 than a 275.00 transaction with escrow.com

This company has the worse customer service, and has intentionally held up my verification process for a month refusing to escalate to management. I made my request on February 3rd and to date still can’t get this resolved as of February 27th. I have asked the same questions multiple times in writing only to be ignored. I’m still trying to get through this process just to make a purchase that’s less than $500. There has to be a better option than this company.

I mean it was pretty simple and operated as intended. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because we were told the domain would unlock on a particular day and we agreed that escrow.com would contact us when that happened. I waited until the next day and contacted them, and that prompted all appropriate actions quickly. Really good, but not quite 5 stars ;)
