Adnaan was amazing, he knows what hes doing and never fails to give an update on the proceedings. What can I say? The amazing Eric H Smith team have come through for me again for the third time! A massive thank you to Kiran who completed on my previous 3 properties and though I missed the interaction with Kiran as she was not able to undertake the conveyancing work this time due to working from home and no doubt other work obligations nevertheless she put me into the safe hands of Adnan a junior solcitor who did not disappoint and at every level and at every point seemed to drop everrything and afforded me all the time in the world when regularly calling and emailing him. Despite my badgering him, he was never fazed as through no fault of this firm, Adnan understood my frustration and aniety with the buyer who was unsuccessful in his initial mortgage application which set me back several weeks until the buyer was successful in securing his second mortgage offer after which completion was wrapped within 3 weeks.
