We had a sale and purchase for my 74 year old mother in law. I chose Eric Smith as they were cheaper, and I'm very glad I did. Jack Caley and the rest of Team 1 have been absolutely brilliant, very quick to respond to emails and if I picked up the phone it was answered quickly and it was easy to speak to a real person every time. Absolutely the most stressful experience of my life.
K.Farooq from Eric Law Solicitors is incompetent, rude and lazy. Blames the client for all their mistakes
Farooq either didn’t reply, refused to reply as instructed, didn’t communicate, blamed us for documentation never received or informed about.
When calling a man picks the phone up to say they are not available.
We were literally hours away from loosing the property.
A simple right to buy purchase needed to be extended twice and took 10 months to complete.
After completion Farooq is still asking for documents to be signed that should have been done within the 10 month process.
Yes the price is favourable - but would have paid double to avoid all this stress.

The Solicitors firm did a cracking job with the sale of my property, and would use them again.

We have to express our extreme disappointment with the way three recent property sales have been dealt with by this company over the last 12 months. What a mess!! Still have issues with them over inaccurate completion statements on two of the three properties. Would never want to recommend them to anyone.
