Great product and fast delivery!
Took a day to get used to but now absolutely love it! Keeps me sitting
upright all day without any pain! And fits neatly under the desk.

This product is so good. I wish I’d brought it earlier. It’s quiet, slimline and actually gets to a speed that makes fast paced walking feel like a good workout. Highly recommend.

Decent tredmill an very easy to use

I cannot recommend this company enough. The customer service was excellent especially as the table top was badly damaged when it was delivered. The response to my email was immediate and a new table top was despatched straight away and it arrived safely. Excellent service.

Purchased the Halo pillow with ice silk cover. Very pleased with the pillow and it has provided good nights sleep, excellent support for head and neck alignment, won't go back to feather now

Delivery was quick, item and description matched the advert. I'm finding my new pillow an ache free neck support. I predominantly sleep on my back ao I find the cut of the pillow ideal

Lovely chair - just what we needed in the home office!!

Ordering was easy and with free delivery a bonus to the price. The pillows have made a huge difference to me and my wife's shut eye. No more neck problems and a peaceful night's sleep. I can recommend these as they worked for us.

I ordered three items from this company - two were great. The ergonomic pillow and desk chair are great.

However, I also ordered a sit-to-stand desk. Upon delivery, the desktop had a huge split down it. I complained and asked for a replacement to be sent. A replacement desktop was sent (after chasing) and it too, has a huge split down it in pretty much the same place, but with a deeper crack.

The company refused to take any responsibility for this and just passed the buck to their courier, which is unacceptable. They offered me a free desk accessory or £20 off - what a joke!

The only way I was able to get responses out of them and actually get a full refund was raising a dispute with my bank. At this point, they finally offered me a refund and collected everything so that I'd cancel my bank dispute.

This saga went on for weeks.

I would not recommend Ergonomist - go elsewhere.

Had an issue with a projector we purchased. Sent an email and received a quick reply. They have sent out a replacement and all done within a couple of days. Thanks to all and to Alex who I dealt with. Would highly recommend.

Very responsive company. I am always concerned when buying online in case its a scam. But the company were very responsive and informative.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, WAS SENT A FAULTY WALKING PAD, CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY AGREED TO RETURN AND SEND ME A NEW WALKING PAD.... I HAD TO Wait OVER THREE WEEKS FOR A COURIER TO PICK THIS UP... ARRANGED BY ERGONOMIST.... DAY OF SUPPOSED RETURN, GUESS WHAT.. NO COURIER COLLECTED ITEM!!!! SCAM COMPANY!!!! WHAT A WASTE OF £150!!!!!!!

Bought this recently to help my arthritis in both knees. As I can’t stand or walk without pain I can now exercise whilst sitting in a chair to help strengthen the muscles supporting both my knees. Easy to assemble and can well packaged
