UPDATED AGAIN - After speaking with one of their Customer Service people, I received two items as an apology for the errors, broken product and lack of response to resolve things initially. This was appreciated as a gesture of goodwill, although it did take some work as first they only wanted to send me replacement parts, then they wanted to send me one item, then they wanted me to change this review before the items had arrived.

After all that, the items arrived, are working fine and I think we can put this messiness behind us.

That said, I'll still never use this company again. Way too many red flags.

UPDATED - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - Received the office chair, arrived broken. Had an immediate response that spare parts would be sent immediately. Have now chased them 4x with no response. Given the amount of these instances, the company should be banned from trading.

I'll be escalating this on every platform and Googe to ensure no one else gets ripped off by this company.

What an absolute disgrace.

To update, I received an email saying the replacements were sent out and the order was updated. They never arrived, I've heard nothing back from the company and now I have a £300 chair that's broken.

SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK. This company should not be allowed to operate.

Very comfortable and 100% improvement on my old pillows. . . Just no contest and incomparable. Very happy.

After having cervical surgery in December I struggled with getting a pillow
that made sleeping easier and pain free. I then saw this pillow advertised
and wow, after one night I noticed a difference. Wish I had bought sooner.

Amazing pillow my sleeps been the best it’s ever been since switching to this pillow. I am such a mover when I sleep so I cover a lot of sleeping positions so this works greatly for me I am an online physique coach & recommending to all my clients!

Woeful experience. Complete lack of customer service and communication. Box arrived broken open with half the chair components missing. Company responded with nothing for a week. They won’t collect the chair because it isn’t packaged. They are refusing to send out packaging for me to make a return. A nightmare from the start. It’s been three weeks now and is now in the hands of the bank to reclaim the money. Crooks in disguise, stay well clear and buy from bigger company.

A technical issue arose, which was sorted out extremely efficiently and very, very quickly by the Customer Service Team. Delighted with both the product and after sales service.

Shocking returns policy.On receiving the item for nasal sinisitus I read the brochure stating not to be used if you get nose bleeds. I promptly sent it back by tracked PO and checked it was delivered to them on 5th Feb 2025.When I emailed, they wanted proof which I sent back immediately. On confirming they had received it, I was told I would have to wait 7 to 10 working days while it was in the inspection queue. So I am still waiting?!!!!

Excellent exerciser and good sturdy quality. Hubby put it together in 10 minutes using the tools that are supplied with it. Best price to be found. Arrived quickly and well packaged.

Easy to order, super speedy delivery, delighted with the product.

Have had back pain for years and issues with my neck where l regularly woke
up with a migraine. I have tried chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapy
and more and only ever really had temporary relief for the odd day. I have
now been using the pillow for a couple of weeks and can honestly say my
back pain is vastly improved and my neck related migraines haven’t been an
issue so far. Previously my back was so tight in the morning l could barely
move, not anymore. This has significantly improved my quality of daily
living.

The product arrived promptly, was easy to set up and is simple to use.
Already allowing me to increase my steps.
(As a post script; my ten year old granddaughter has taught me how to use the speaker in the walking pad so that I can listen to my audio book or to music when walking…hurrah for the tech generation!!)

Fabulous piece of kit bought 28th January and have used every day since - walking average 55k - 60k per week. Wonderful exercise indoors when weather stops outdoor walking.

Absolutely amazing product had sinus issues for years it’s even reduced my sneezing would highly recommend for doctors to recommend to patients rather than sprays

Purchased a new office chair which is of good quality and being used already. Issues with a 3rd party courier service were handled effectively and the quality of the customer service from Ergonomist is second to none.
Clear advice and replies based on actually reading the content of my queries showed the team are well trained and put their customers first which is not always what companies do, so thank you.

Order was despatched within one day but was incorrectly delivered, On contacting the company they immediately despatched another which was delivered correctly. Product was of good quality and customer service was excellent. All e mails were answered promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended. Could not have been better.

Parcel arrived on time as planned, easily assembled and found we were missing the arms. Quick email exchange the next morning and replacement arms dispatched for delivery, chair comfortable and better than my 20 year old IKEA chair

They look great, very stable and easy to move around when I need to change
the screen orientation

Easy to assemble, incredibly comfortable and versatile for posture. Looks
great and overall quality after a couple of months the chair is holding up very well for a teen
gamer with game rage!

So pleased with my purchase. Such a good product. Ergonomist were so easy to deal with and my order came within the specified timeframes. The treadmill is so easy to use and store away. It is such a great addition to our home as the whole family are using it.
