Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered 8x black plastic chairs. On the website it was advertised as "non slip feet", however, on receiving the items there was absolutely zero non slip features. Eracco said they made an error in their advertising on the website. Also, 4 of the 8 chairs were damaged on arrival, they were very poorly packaged.
We asked for a refund, they arranged collection and the very rude delivery driver refused to take all the chairs, he only wanted to take 4. We are still in contact with Eracco, strugging to organize a pick up and refund of the remaining 4 chairs....

Bought 4 chairs from Eracco for my Man…
OkBought 4 chairs from Eracco for my Man cave and they're brilliant.
They're stackable, easy to clean,very light and very comfy and to top it off...,they came at a very reasonable price ..
They kept me informed for the delivery and when the chairs arrived..they were very well wrapped.
Well done all at Eracco.
