Ajay was polite and professional

Ajay was polite and professional, and took me through the steps of the process, explaining each part and answering my questions clearly. Very happy with the service provided.

A general observation regarding call pick-up times is that I had a long wait of around 40 minutes before I was connected to a member of the team.

Thank you Ms M A Deena

M A Deena went out of her way to help me - she could tell I was struggling with the terminology as I struggled to sell my later father shares. She repeated herslf multiple times until I understood what I needed to do. She helped me identify the missing share certificates and, and this was the amazing bit,rang me back when we got cut off. I am very grateful for her help.

A patient and helpful customer service experience.

Spoke to VANI TAMIZH and asked for her help to register my bank details. She was so kind and patient and helped me work my way slowly and carefully throughout the whole procedure. Without out her, I would not have managed as my technology skills are not great.
Thank you VANI, you were truly amazing and deserve a huge pat on the back. I appreciated your help so, so much.

Lost Shares

Once I eventually got speaking to an adviser, it could not have been easier. My computer skills are not the best but Aldi my advisor talked me through the process to answer my query with much patience and polite manner.

Horrible Service, Incompetent Operators

When you're dealing with investments, you'd like to think you're talking with competent folks. Not the case here: besides an incredibly long hold time, the operator clearly had no idea how to complete a stock transfer form. Over the course of our call, she gave two completely opposite directions. When I pointed it out, "click"... she hung up on me.

Mixed experience

My initial contact was not ideal, aggressive and forceful, not what I expect from a support team. The subsequent contact (supervisor?) was more informed, pleasant to deal with and helpful.
