My First and NOT my last
What an amazing experience it was to deal with Team EQB. It all started with me by calling Shan the Reverse Mortgage Manager, not only did he explain to me about the product, he took the time to make me understand as to how it works and how I can market it and how to handle obstacles.
Once I got the deal in the underwrite Bijal called me and got the deal going and after that Olivia got involved with the docs and the rest is history. Not only do you have an extremely happy broker, you have a very happy client at the other end as well.
Once again, thank you Shan for making me understand as to how a Reverse mortgage works and thank you Team EQB for an awesome experience, this is my first deal with you, and it will not be my last.

Dan Dilio and the Equitable Reverse Mortgage team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced.
Great service, efficient communication and a really easy way to get a mortgage with lots of help and support to get the right deal. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.

I had a great experience with Dan and EQ bank in terms of service and finding the best solution and interest rate, I have worked with Dan in the past at CHIP and I followed him at EQ.
