The rose arrived exactly on time and was extremely well packaged. Because of the time of year it was cut back but I am sure next year when it blooms it will be gorgeous.

Used English roses a couple of times so far and on both occasions their roses have been brilliant. Well packaged for transit with no damage on arrival. Both plants were received and flowered within about 3wks.

The rose arrived on the date and time quoted.

The perfect rose for a wedding day for an older couple! The accessories were perfect and the delivery experience couldn't be faulted. And I love the 'September care' of roses email, received soon afterwards! I'll definitely use this company again - nothing not to like :)

I wanted to buy a rose for my neighbours for their Diamond Wedding Anniversary but didn't want to buy the usual 'Diamond Wedding' rose as I thought someone else may give them that one as a gift, which they did! I found an alternative rose, pink highly scented and it was ideal. I ordered the rose, wrapped and with a card and requested delivery date for 23/09. I received updates from English Roses and also DPD, The rose was delivered as requested, in a sturdy box, very well packed My neighbours were thrilled with it and said it is such a top quality rose and they could smell the fragrance before they removed it from the box. There was a very good choice of roses and easy to search for what I wanted. I can definitely recommend English Roses.

English Roses. Are an excellent company to deal with, both for there outstanding customer services and superb quality remembrance roses for every occasion. Our special rose was ordered for a family member who lost some one very close to them. This rose will always remind her of the person she lost so early in her life.

There customer services went the extra mile for us, due to an unfortunate error of ours, by ordering the wrong rose. They soon rectified this error for us without question. There courier DPD delivered our order on the stated day which we requested, all in tact with no transit damage to the rose which was well packaged inside carboard boxes.
Prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company

I recently purchased the Warm Wishes Rose – 90th Birthday Rose and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The website was very easy to navigate and I found exactly what I wanted straight away. Delivery was fast, the packaging was excellent, and the shrub arrived healthy and intact and included care instructions and advice.

This is the third rose gift I have ordered from English Roses and it did not disappoint. It was a beautiful quality rose and the recipient was over the moon. It was delivered on time, was really well packaged and the presentation was great. My Sister in Law and her husband were delighted with the Rose. The company were easy to order from and the present arrived on time. However DPD the delivery company did not leave the parcel as instructed.
