Totally and utterly useless, for weeks I have been trying to contact someone about a scam in their name. The receptionist always takes my name and number but no one returns your call. I even sent an email to complaints asking someone to contact me, nothing!

Excellent Customer Service. Lilly very professionally navigated the transfer of our energy services to another supplier. She was also extremely polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for her to undertake to ensure a smooth transition.

This is a great company. I am basing this on the excellent customer service I received from Kevin today. He was clear, concise and informative and gave me some really good advice on transferring my Energy contract to an alternative energy supplier who will be a better match for the gallery I work for. The gallery is a Charity and transferring our contract will ensure that we are billed the appropriate rate that we should be paying as a company with charitable status. Thank you EPD and of course KEVIN.

Don’t use, continually harass you despite being asked numerous times not to call no advising them that when the contract comes to an end I will obtain quotes from companies I want to deal with. Because of their harassment they won’t be one of the suppliers I look too.

Sunny (their representative) has been extremely helpful throughout every interaction we have had and he has always gone out of his way to provide and excellent level of customer service.

SAM PATEL is very knowledgeable about energy markets. Although he wasnt able to secure me a cheaper deal than I am currently paying he reviewed the deal my supplier was offering and advised me to take it.
He is very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Everyone is based in India. Fraud people from India. Don't take their services.

if this company is so good why do they have to cold call people to try and get buisiness I always treat unsolictated calls as scam call this company is no exception

A bit late.. but this company has really made a difference with my bills.. it’s been dramatically decreased and the new rates are phenomenal.. I’d like to thank shemayela.. she’s been amazing. Literally found a much better tariff rates for my electricity bill.. it was actually much lower than I had expected and didn’t even realise that I’d been paying so much. So thank you very much ❤️💯
