Andrew and Lucy have always been very fast with any issues (very rare) that might arise!

Andrew Kendall was super efficient in helping sort out a company wide problem with the software update. I had tried calling the help desk and was on hold for over 20 minutes and nobody answered, I emailed from the website for some technical support and had no reply. So I emailed Andrew our account manager and within minutes he had answered the email with a solution and got us all back up and working! Fabulous. Technical have just emailed me back (a bit late)!
Would suggest next time Enconvo do a software update they email their customers to warn them and send the link.... My five stars are for Andrew!

I'm extremely happy with the service provided by Enconvo team, especially Sarah. She went out of her way to resolve an issue with international number we were trying to setup - and she managed to do this within a few hours. She also kept us updated throughout the process and was very polite and friendly. That's the customer service at its finest - very impressive!

We are a small business with pretty simple requirements of our telecoms provider and therefore not a high value client for Enconvo. I called support today to sort out a problem which we had with online access. I got straight through to a human being (Sarah), sorted the issue out within seconds and then spoke to Andrew about the renewal of our contract, he came up with a suggestion to give us maximum flexibility - we are moving offices soon - while saving money on our monthly bill. Well done Sarah and Andrew, from a happy minnow in the sea of telecoms!

Avoid at all costs. Plenty of decent reviews here which will make you feel confident, but look back at all the previous company names this bunch have operated as, which if not itself a red flag, the reviews themselves will be.
Nothing like the service sold, and to be honest a really shabby user interface of their system anyway.

We recently upgraded our phone system from a traditional Panasonic handset to Enconvo's Swyx system. We are extremely pleased with the new system as it is far more versatile and user friendly than our old one. Dan and the team were superb from day one right the way through to ironing out some teething problems that you always get with a new system. Very contactable and quick to respond to any tickets raised.

Have to say from first meeting Joe who was delightful and most informative with the product we were most interested in to then Sidra who processed our order from their Gurjit our installations co ordinator and Scott who came out and installed our phones and explained everything we needed to do. They were always at the end of a phone or email if needed, can't praise them enough nothing was to much trouble so very professional and equally friendly, what a fantastic company to deal with and would certainly recommend them
