Service is shocking, onboarding horrendous

Service is shocking, onboarding process is horrendous, customer care factor is appalling and the communication is non existent. Constantly having to chase progress and updates as nothing has been explained from day 1. Completely left in the lurch. I have never dealt with anything like this, have been met with problems ever since signing the contract all of which no-one seems to care the least about. I have tried to escalate on three occasions and no-one is interested and still currently left with numerous issues on our services. I anticipate someone will swiftly jump on it now after this, which reiterates the 0 customer care part.

As a business

As a business, we've been with Enconvo since February and have not been able to fault them. Everyone I speak to is pleasant and helpful. If they saying they will phone back, that's exactly what they do without any chasing. I would recommend to anyone who asks.
The girl I spoke to this morning, Eve, was a newbee. She was lovely. She never gave any info without checking her facts first so I knew I was getting the right info. Well done Eve.

we had the pleasure of dealing with Simon at Enconvo. We were totally new to the virtual landlines and had no idea what it actually was. Simon guided us through everything in laymans terms so that we could understand what was involved. Really pleased with customer support - Simon is always very quick to respond (even when the poor chap was harassed by us on his holiday). Full training and installation is included which many companies are not offering - we had total peace of mind from start to finish - thank you Simon its very much appreciated regards dave and nita

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. They lost our businesses telephone numbers a few years ago and took months to get back. Now they've lost another one of our shop numbers and I have to chase to get the number back. Absolute joke!

Excellent Service – Smooth Transition Thanks to Gurjit & Team

I want to express my sincere thanks to Gurjit and his team for their incredible support and dedication throughout the process of switching providers. My previous provider made things extremely difficult, but Gurjit remained professional, helpful, and reassuring every step of the way.

The installation went smoothly, and the whole experience has been so much better than I expected. I truly appreciate all the hard work and effort that went into making this happen.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you again for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier!

Terrible company - Avoid

Terrible company. 100% avoid.
The list of issues we've had with both IT support and phone system are endless, too many to list. I can see on here every time a negative review is posted, they think just a reply saying to message another email makes it seem like they care - they do not. They will wriggle and writhe to shift any blame rather than just do the decent thing and admit they have done something incorrectly or not at all in most cases. More respect is gained from that sometimes, as we all make mistakes. We've managed to get away from them for IT support, however locked in for a while longer in a phone contract. We can't wait for the day to move on entirely.

Excellent Service

We always have an amazing experience with Enconvo.
Their customer service is top notch, friendly and always quick to resolve any issues.
Andrew our account manager is always on hand to help and Ryan has been so efficient jumping on our query promptly.
It's rare to find a provider this reliable and easy to work with.
