We received brilliant service from beginning to end with Enconvo.
We initially had some hesitations with changing our whole system but Maria, Gurjit and Gary were all fantastic and the whole changeover process went really smoothly.

The worst IT company ever, lost 25% of our company data, they are still trying to deny, defect, lie through back of their teeth, they are trying to blame customer for their professional negligence, and will never owe up to any of their mistakes.
Disgusting company, do not waste any of your penny on those people, all they know is sale, sale sale, and I want to let this disgusting, hishonest company know, we will fight till the end, we will see you in court ! And I will publish the court result on all news media to show that you are 1000 worse than Royal Mail's Horizan scandal, you are bunch of liars, deniers, waste of space. Change of 3 trading names in space of 3 years tells your all about them, their reputation was sooo bad, they had to rebrand 3 times in 3 years. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They lock you into 5 year contracts, make you pay for mobile and landline calls, high lease fees, increase their rates and don't offer any support when you need it. Their system are outdated and their customer service is shocking. It's very ironic for a telecoms company to not be able to communicate effectively with their customers and completely ignore you. I've been in business for 14 years and this has been one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with and probably one of the worst business decisions I've ever made. I had an account review 2 weeks ago, I expressed my dissatisfaction and was promised a full new proposal the following day. A week passed so I followed up, was given an apology and told it would be sent straight away. Another week on still nothing, even after you give them a chance to redeem themselves they still let themselves down. I have emailed a complaint and a request to terminate my account early, if they don't comply I will be seeking legal advice and be contacting the Ombudsmen.

Service is shocking, customer care factor is appalling and the communication is non existent. Also this company don't no Ofcom regs or any regs in that matter. The customer services will put barrels in place if you want to talk to senior managers of put a complaint in which there are not aloud to do under TCF regs.

Noah and the team were nothing but efficient and did everything so quickly and smoothly to enable our transfer over. The communication was great and the service was very personal. No call centre vibes or not being able to contact anyone. Super impressed!

Stacey was brilliant with customer service, felt like a normal conversation rather than it being corprate which is a nice feeling to have with your provider. Enconvo is great, but if i had the option i would want Stacey to be my account manager! super easy to talk to and really helpful!

So we have had a really tricky situation with our phone systems over the years, with previous companies being useless and liars to not delivering what they promised. Without naming other companies, Enconvo stands out with their outstanding customer service, particularly Louise who simply gets things done and ensures if there is a problem it is sorted. When running a buisness, communication is imperative to ensure you can function and without it, your buisness suffers. We have had some issues with our broadband service which Enconvo did not supply, however Louise has ensured our system was functional and had minimal down time over the years and I can’t recommend Louise and Enconvo enough. Thank you again for your continued support.

Reply to Enconvo: Please read through all the many many emails over the (4.5years so far) of the contract for the reasons. As stated before we will be leaving as soon as possible and will continue to try to make sure others are aware of your extra charges.
Update: The service was restored by 11am today. The reason given was a "third party glitch". Follow up email from Kerry to ensure we were satisfied and to give a contact number further problems occur. The increased stars are for Kerry. We still feel we were mislead by the sales person into signing the contract without being advised fully of costs.
Cannot make calls as "our service has been suspended". Cannot contact anyone other than by email with a ticket number. We have had many problems with this company (formerly Enreach) over the years and can't wait for our contract to end. The small print in the contract needs to be read very carefully before you sign. The initial cost quoted is for the finance for the phone equipment lease and is for 87months. After a year you are hit with high maintenance fees. Do not sign anything until you have read all of the very tiny small print on the end of the contract.
