My mum purchased a stairlift from EMS, and we even visited their showroom to make sure she was comfortable with everything. The advice and communication we received were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, supportive, and truly went the extra mile to ensure my mum was happy with her choice. Highly recommended!

This company has been a problem since day one of the stair lift being fitted. Hell, they even put the stair lift on the wrong side of the stair case at first. While it's on the correct side now, it breaks down at least twice a month and the arm rests are completely breaking away from normal usage.
My mother (who uses the stair lift) phoned the company this morning to request an engineer and was met by the most rude individual who accused her of purposefully breaking it and simply doubled down and continued to argue when my mother insisted the issues aren't from misuse. This has deeply effected her; this world is already exceptionally cruel and willfully ignorant to disabled people without businesses FOR disabled people treating them like dirt.
To top everything off, the engineer that came out to attend to the stair lift informed us that the awful treatment is due to us living in a working class and poverty stricken town (I'm not gonna state which exactly for privacy sake). He claimed that other people that live here cause a lot of "trouble." So not only has this company been ableist, but they're bloody classist as well. Even if you ignore the classism, NO ONE who is disabled enough to have a stair lift in the first place is going to purposefully break it? That's absolutely insane. You would have people stuck upstairs or downstairs constantly. It makes absolutely no sense.

Get better staff and better products. Don't blame US for your cheap and crappy products. I am absolutely and utterly disgusted.

Really nice people to do business with. From the people at the showroom, to the estimator/measurer, the accounts department, customer service and the installer, everyone was so pleasant and easy to deal with. The price was fair, and there was no pressure to make a decision, and no feeling that you had dealt with a slimy salesman. The stairlift itself is working perfectly -- and it wasn't an easy one to install, with all the turns needed to make it work. Jordan the installer took the time after a difficult day to check what furniture he could move back into place for me. Cannot think of anything that could be improved. Highly recommend.

We had a stair lift fitted last week for my mum, the whole experience from the first phone call to fitting went very smoothly and all the staff were very friendly and efficient, my mum is very happy with her new stair lift.
I would recommend EMS, also nice to use a local company.

I recently had a stairlift installed by EMS Lifts. This has been a gamechanger for me. I have a lovely sleek lift that operates smoothly and I could not be happier. The engineer who came to install the lift was professional and left absolutely no mess. I want to say a big thank you to EMS Lifts you have changed my life for the better. It’s a shame a company with good reviews can’t employ people who represent good values. A completely selfish, self centred employee drove the wrong way down a one-way car parking lane to park in a parent and child space, the only remaining parent and child space, without any child in sight. He blocked other oncoming cars and then parked to do his Tesco shop. Embarrassing for him in a work van, but representative of his clear selfish and arrogant persona. Not someone I’d one to employ and incredibly selfish of him to take a space from new parents who need the room to get their baby out the car. May seem like a small deal, but there was absolutely no need with other spaces available, yet this idiot can’t see past the end of his own, self-centred nose.

What an excellent service from EMS Lifts. They went above and beyond to make sure my father wasnt without a stairlift after his old one broke down (was over 25 years old). We visited the showroom and my father was able to try before he brought. Which was great .Matthew was very caring,professional and friendly and made sure the lift we had chosen met my father's needs.
All the staff In the showroom were so polite and friendly.
They fitted the new stairlift very quickly.the engineer that fitted the lift (John) was so helpful. Polite and caring. He took he time to explain to my father how the lift worked and made sure my father tried it whilst he was still there.
Can't recommend this company enough .

What a fantastic and efficient job the team did installing an outdoor ramp at my mothers house. Steve and Oscar worked tirelessly in the rain to complete the job and allow my mother access to the outside world again. Nothing was too much for them and they were prepared to go the extra mile to make sure it was completed to perfection. Thank you boys for your efforts.

This company have been fantastic. Connor carried out my survey with precision and accuracy, which was quite difficult as I have a very narrow Victorian staircase. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I have finished up with a great stairlift. The installation of the stairlift was carried out by Jordan and I’m very happy with the way it fits the stairs and carries me up and down. He has done a brilliant job and it looks good too, he explained everything and made sure I have all the information I need to operate it properly. I would definitely recommend this company and their brilliant engineers, thank you.

We have worked with EMS for 20 years. EMS provides excellent service and professionalism. They are dedicated to customer satisfaction and have been a reliable partner. Their ability to adapt to market demands while maintaining their core values is commendable.

EMS lifts have been fantastic from start to finish, offering us a versatile solution for our Mobile Simulator trailer to allow it to be accessible to all. Steve was great talking us through the product and helping us decide if it was for us. Christine is always on hand to sort out deliveries and co-ordinate things. The team who delivered our lift for hire to trial and our new lift, the engineers Jack F and Jack G are always on time, extremely polite and knowledgeable. Any issues and there is a help line which is answered swiftly with expert help to hand.
Thank you all for a wonderful service and product that has been tried and tested with our flying scholars for the disabled last weekend at the Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford to great approval all round.

Excellent training by Steve, very informative and lovely range of stair lifts.

The survey was done by an expert who was able to give sound advice and provide an excellent quotation. Unfortunately our sponsor pulled out so we were unable to install the TFL but if we ever were able to do so in the future, EMS Lifts would definitely be getting the work.

Billy arrived early and kept his head down. Stairlift was installed and ready to go within a few hours.

He was friendly, hardworking, and very considerate of my mum, for whom the stairlift was installed.

Although we was not in a position to proceed with the quote provided, the service received from the initial contact to the site survey was excellent. Connor who arrived to carry out the survey, made my mum feel at ease and was very polite. Should we ever be in a position to require a stairlift of the quality that was recommended, would have no problems in contacting this company.

My stairlift was fitted over a week ago by Billy who was very professional and diligent in his work. The stair lift has provided me with independence travelling up and down the stairs. I would highly recommend using this company for any stair lift needs.

George was so helpful and had great knowledge when we visited him at the show room. He was able to assist us easily and took care in getting to know our needs and what we required. Couldnt recommend them enough!

Denzel, their service engineer was very thorough, competent and engaging.

After researching the various stairlift companies we became confused with what was on offer and which product was the best to suit our stair configuration.
We then contracted EMS who came to our rescue. They gave us an independent assessment and provided various options specifically to suit our staircase. Then the salesman kindly made several further visits to answer our queries. After that we were able choose and order a stairlift. The installation engineer was extremely helpful and it only took a short time to install. We were then given full instructions and a demonstration on its use. With the assistance from EMS we are pleased to say we are very happy with our stair lift and how neat it looks.
Full marks EMS for their help and we would highly recommend them.
