Super Mattress with Super Customer support :-)
Changed my Rating from 1 start to 5 start:
We have our mattress a couple of months now. Having moved from a tradition spring mattress to a foam mattress. It’s super comfortable and nice. No matter what movement happens on 1 side, the other side is unaffected. I & my wife feel supported by the firmness of the mattress. We both find it very comfortable and our sleeping is much better now and found a big improvement. Once you get comfortable you don’t want to move so no more tossing and turning. Well worth the money and would recommend to anyone struggling to get a good night’s sleep. Would highly recommend an Emma mattress.
I'm giving 5 stars not only because of the mattress but for the 'customer service at Emma' which I found very kind, patience and swift support on customer complain. Had a problem with my delivery and comes with stains on matters. After getting in touch with customer support SWEDEN from the day 1st the Emma customer support team especially 'Anna' was in contact with me found very nice, helpful, and polite with patience :-).
Thank you will come again for new purchasing and will look forward again for more excellent customer support and product.

The matteras is supercomfortable really helped my backache. It does smell a bit chemically (Nothing dangerous just a pretty noticeable “new” smell) but after a few weeks and after gently washing the removable cover the smell disappeared completely.
