and received it (in Sweden) on 2021.11.01 !
Packaging is in good condition.

Looking forward to test the mattress ...hoping happy sleep !

I had delivery problems. Emma contacted me and offered a top layer that they would send free of charge as compensation. I responsed weeks ago that I accept, but no reponse, no confirmation, no delivery. That was dissapointing. The mattress is comfortable but service has a ways to go to be considered good.

Good product, fast delivery.

Shipping and support is quite bad.
Partner and I bought a 160 size mattress from them on the 1st of August through their website and payed through Klarna. The 16th of August we had not received any information about the product being shipped. On their Swedish website they promised delivery within 4-8 days.

Since two weeks had past without any word from the com, we got concerned and called their customer support. They said then that there was a delay and the item would be delivered within the week. They also said that we would be 'compensated' whatever that means. One day later, on the 17th, they sent out a mail saying there would be further delays, and that it would be shipped within 7 days.

7 days later we called support again, and were greeted with 'didn't you get the email' response when we asked about our order. We said yes, but we still haven't received an update. The representative said that we are on the list and that the mattress should be shipped within that same week (meaning one more week delay)

Was genuinely excited to try the mattress but I implore everyone reading this to do yourselves a favor and order from somewhere else with more responsible shipping. There's a lot of Swedish companies that I now wish we'd gone with.

Side note: we sold our old bed one week after placing our order at Emma mattress and the only thing that's arrived so far is the bed frame from IKEA (good ol' reliable). Frankly tired of sleeping on our pull out couch for some weeks now.

The mattress arrived on the 6th of September.

Emma Madrass contacted Trustpilot to have this review taken down. Probably because it's pulling down their average.

The post was originally posted by my partner and I'm now reposting this since they claimed he wasn't the one who bought it even though he provided relevant documents to Trustpilot.

In total we waited 5 weeks for delivery and in this time we were only contacted once by the company. When we approached them we got contradicting information and delivery was delayed repeatedly. When we finally got the package I had to contact the customer service to receive compensation of less then 5% of the full sale price

First of all, I have not been able to test the bed, since a crucial part of the bed (16x center pieces for the frame) was not included in the delivery, making it impossible to put together, which is bad enough in itself. This review primarily covers customer service, which is abhorrent. My first email was sent more than a week ago, no reply. The second one yesterday, still no answer, and when I finally got through to customer service on the phone today, the "agent" as they call themselves, failed to understand the urgency of my problem, and ended the conversation with a grunt and then hung up. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have had in years! Be warned.

Edit:

After I wrote this review a customer service rep finally got back to me and tried to solve the situation. They provided a compensation of 400,- SEK for the late arrival of another item that was part of the order and promised to send the missing bed frame items asap.

They would not send them to my address in Norway however, since that was not possible in their system, so I have to travel to Sweden again to pick them up. Furthermore, it took them 20 days to send the missing bits and they have still not arrived. To top it all off, they only sent 14 of the 16 bits I specifically stated was missing, and get this, they sent them all separately (!), which incurs a fee for each package at the receiving end. Wow. Just wow. The rep told me they would pay for this, which is good, but somebody should review this companys protocols and make some serious changes.

On a "positive" note: I am currently sleeping on the mattress, and it's actually pretty good, even a floor based one.

Still waiting on the last two pieces and no reply from CS. More than a month has passed since requesting the missing pieces.

Incredibly customer service!
My parcel was delivered to my front door (apartment), when I came home 5 min later, there was no parcel. Most likely a friendly neighbour thought they needed it more. I contacted Emma Madrass and they sent me a new one, just like that! Highly recommended.

Very nice and comfy mattress.
I sleep like a baby on it. I love the feeling that you can sleep next to someone and wont even notice when they turn Around.
Would recommend to everyone also customer service is great, if you have any issues they will do their best to accommodate your needs.

I bought one mattress and pillow but they didn't suite me.
I returned it and got my money back ( the process took almost 2 month and 13 days to get, try, return & refund)

Absolutely brilliant mattress! Would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their sleep.

Minus one star because the carton it arrived it was completely wrecked due to the weight of the compressed mattress. I had to help the mailman transport the mattress to our floor.

Delivery was prompt and product is as expected.

I bought Emma's mattress six months ago, and I am really satisfied with it. I am getting good sleep after Emma's mattress
