emma.dk is a SCAM! Been charged 85dkk monthly for nothing, for 6 months!!! Called and asked to return 510dkk, they said I have to return all items I bought, they should be unused and unpacked. Only then they are able to return all my money. Is there is any other way to get money back?

A very expencive experience

2 days delivery. Cool things is that I bought 2 products, in the same day but at different time and they were delivered in the same package. Moreover I bought at 80% discount.

Quick delivery and the itmes were all fine and ok :)

Why do you only reply to the positive reviews and totally ignore the ones where you are acused of scamming people?

Please be honest and tell people if you lure them into a subscription they are not aware of.

Fast, Nice service and good prices

Emma is a total scam, so much so this is the first trustpilot review I have written. Do not buy from them. They force you into a subscription which costs 85 dkk a month that they then make extremely difficult to get out of!!! They only mention it in size 6 font hidden on the website. Another thing they do is show you a very good price, but you can only buy 1 item at that price (per month!!)...But they don't change the price to reflect that until the very end, so I bought two items and suddenly got a bill for 219 dkk when it should have been 90! At first the customer service was nice and helpful and sorted this out for me and refunded the money, but when I asked about the 85 dkk charge and why they'd taken money from me the customer service rep got rude and sarcastic with me which I didn't appreciate. DO NOT BUY from them. They have a horrid business model designed to steal money from normal online shoppers.

Scam

Initiated by my purchase in the beginning of August 2018, they have been charging me for additional fees for months without letting me know about it. It was covered by the excuse that it is a subscription fee, a subscription that I never have asked for and never was informed about. The fact is that they have continously withdrawn 85 dkk from my bank account every month since my purchase: 510 dkk in total in january 2019.

I cannot find any contact details such as e-mail or phone number on the website to cancel this and require a refund.

I have recently sent an e-mail where I have required a total refund of the 510 dkk. The police will be contacted for a police complaint / report if my request is rejected or ignored.

11/2 2019:
For a month ago I was promised a refund for 5 month. I have not yet received the money and customer service claims they do not know anything about it though I have referred to the specific email with exact timestamp to make it easy for them to find it in their email outbox.

Very quick service, and no problems with the package. But I would have preferred to be adviced before delivery. It was just set in front of the door in the rain!

Scam

They used a hidden way to make me a member of Emma.dk after I purchased some items last September. They have been stealing 85 dkk per month since then from my bank account: 425 dkk in total.

I cannot cancel this forced membership online and I am asked to make it through phone and no money back.

I cannot believe they are allowed to steal people so easily.

Ordered the goods friday, Got it saturday.
