The only discription I can come for Emma.dk is dishonesty and froud. Keep yourself away for ordering some product, otherwise should be ready to pay as many time more as you may save in your order. They are dishonest.

Nice price - but only on the first item! The price seems low and is used to attract your attention. Furthermore, emma.dk uses this price to compare with other websites - however, if you want to order more of the same product (in casu: ID vax) then the price is suddenly much higher and, in fact, higher than I in my local grocery.

Fast delivery and exactly what I ordered! Great!

I have been consistently charged every month for a membership after a one time purchase.
Not only that but their unsubscribe process is archaic at best but the most phishy trick I've seen at worst!
1. Clicked "Farvel Emma"
2. On this page you have to scroll down to find the "unsubscribe" button which looks disabled but you must click it anyway only to be redirected to...
3. ...a duplicate page where, again, the unsubscribe button is down somewhere and looks disabled, so you have to click it only to...
4. ... be told that in order to remove yourself from their scam you MUST call them within a limited time window.
5. The phone number provided isn't even TEXT but an IMAGE so the customer is faced with yet another hoop to jump through!
(I had to take a screenshot, and use my phone's text recognition feature to call the nr.)

5. I called them, and after some minutes of waiting a woman answered.
6. I asked her if she could cancel my membership. She did.
7. I wanted to ask her (at this time, still calmly) about their membership programme and why they weren't straight forward about it.
8. but she interrupted me before I could finish my sentence, quacking away the answering-machine-type boolsheet that went something along the lines of "you agreed to this and that when you made your purchase".
9. After I described to her that this information must have been hidden even more cleverly than the 'Unsubscribe' button, she claimed that she didn't design the website.

I have just realised I have been paying 85kr per month for the past 3 YEARS! They have never contacted me via mail or otherwise to say "Hi, we can see you haven't bought anything with us for a while..." just to make me aware I was even on a contract.

The worst thing is that where you have to "tick a box" to say you have agreed to the terms and conditions, there is a VERY small print about being on a contract! It's terrible!

This should be illegal! People should be sent a code to type in for something like this, to make then aware of what they are doing!

The ordered product was handled and delivered speedily. It was my first experience with emma.dk. As I am not able to use further offers, I cancelled the membership which could be made swiftly and without complications. I have received the cancellation within the promised 24 hours.

1, didn't mention membership through the whole shopping experience.

2, when I tried to cancel the membership, answered in Danish and hung up afterwards, emailed to ask to cancel the membership, denied, phone call only, dead cycle.

3, the price of the products is just a trap, 1kr for a cola but you can only buy once a month? hurray, I pay 85kr per month so I can get one cola for 1kr!

I am very satisfied. The delivery was fast and the product is as expected!

This is a scam that charges you 85 dkk a month if you ever use their services. And you can't unsubscribe through their website.

They trick you to sign up for a membership and make it difficult to cancel. I bought with them many times without noticing that they write in very small letters that you sign up for a membership when you buy with them. They have charged me ten times an amount of 85kr which turned out to be very expensive to purchase with them. That's their business model. They offer very low prices and trick you to pay a membership.

Also they make it very difficult to cancel it. It's IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP ON THE WEBSITE. You need to call them. I guess that one day they will be caught by the legal authorities because it doesn't seem like a transparent business.

I had good experience with them.
I bought some stuff in good price but because they mostly sell makeup things and I have no use for it, I cancelled my subscription.
It was very easy to cancell the subscription. I was number 2 in the line and then they responded me kind and politely.
If you use makeups very much, then do not hesitate to use their website.
