Stay away from it! They sell it to you cheaper at first and as you are purchasing the item you end up “accepting” a 85kr monthly fee to be a member otherwise you just get it at a normal price and also pay for the shipment cost. I have never tried anything like that and that’s why I feel the need to leave a review in order to prevent others from making the same mistake.

Unacceptable! After buying a product they have been charging me every month for a year without me knowing. Its unacceptable that they arent more clear on their website, and i havent recieved any mails about them charging me. I have tried mailing them 2 times now, and they wont respons!! Not okay

I bought two Serums from emma.dk on Feb 2nd 2019, and did check through in whole in whole internet, on if there is member fee charged, since I had learnt from others webshops in Denmark. at that time, there was clearly no member fee of 85kr per month.
From my bill record, it is easy to find out, emma.dk change the policy and start to charge member fee from end of March 2019, without even notice me! Hello, I did not sign the agreement of being a member of you, when I bought goods from you. How could you take me as a member and charge me for membership directly without notification!

Products are ok but monthly price 85 DKK is way to expensive. Whatever you save on your order you must pay in the membership price. Unless you buy a lot of expensive items every month. For one time shopping only.

Don't ever ever buy from this site. They will charge from your bank account 85 kr monthly even though you buy once for 10 kr.
It all happened when you accept thier terms of sale 20 pages of shettty words . When you do so You accept their access to your Credit card and visit you account every month just because you unaware of hidden plan , they even never sent you a mail when taken your money every month , I discovered that after 8 moths . ..
Cheater by all means of digital world..
How should we accept that in Danmark!!
I am filling a case against them and need witnesses! Please contact me! we must get the bottom of that, !

Con-site. When you buy anything they secretly enroll you as a paying member. 80 DKK / month. You'll receive no emails about this whatsoever. I discovered it after 18 months after buying a toothpaste for 13 DKK. The fact that you become a subscriber is hidden deep in the "forretningsbetingeser"
And no, they do not at all inform customers clearly as they write down below. When you shop on your mobile device, there is no mention of this and you dont even have to "tick the box". It ticks the box automatically for you.

As a member you get access to over 7,000 products to really cheap prices and free delivery. Furthermore, you can shop at the website as a non-member. Then you will buy to normal price and pay for the delivery as well.

The advantages of our membership is that you get access to over 7,000 products to really great prices and free delivery too. You can place an order as well to normal price but then you have to pay the normal price and for the delivery as well.
