I placed an order on a mattress on 25/04, the money was withdrawn 2 days later with no shipping information despite the website stating delivery in 3-7 days. Now it has been almost 2 weeks and no mattress in sight. I am forced to sleep on an air mattress for the last week and it is killing my back. I have called, emailed, wrote messages to Emma multiple times but they cannot offer any solution besides "sorry" and is absolutely useless in their apologies. Don't order from them! Order from other suppliers that can deliver on time or only if you want to sleep on an air mattress like me. What a joke.

The matress is comfortable and since we bought it I haven't suffer of pain in my hips. Maybe I have liked it a bit softer but definitely is better than the previous one I had and is less expensive too. The pillow is too high for me but my husband is happy with it.

I strugged with shipping for my madras+pillow for my son birthday. The service team was reachable and tried their best. So 4 star only due to support team. The madras itself is nice and comfortable.

I tried lot of Madras before buying Emma Madras. Normally i use to have back or neck pain in the morning. If was very hard to have a good sleep. But since i have bought Emma Madras i dont remember waking up with back pain. I simply love it.

Excellent mattress, my husband and I have very different sleeping styles and this is the first mattress we are both happy with. Great value considering the quality Will definitely buy again for our guest bedroom and our daughter.

If you are looking for naysaying, go to another review. The Emma Original mattress is sublimely comfortable, supportive yet enveloping. It only needed a couple hours of airing before it was ready to use. I've now had it for a few months and am delighted every time I lie down. The only negative was the fact that the box it came in was ripped in a couple places -- but that was the fault of the shipper, not Emma Madras. I will never buy another brand of mattress.

To be honest, we were a bit skeptic about this madras and company. We even call the customer care just to hear if we would get a real person in the phone - we did, so ended up giving it a go and we are so happy about it.

I have expected that, but I did not expect such an AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE on their side as well! The company will make sure that you, as the customer, are happy. Not only that Emma is really comfortable, the delivery is fast, you can track it etc., but also, the communication with the company is just top-notch! They really value their customers highly and will help in case anything happens.
