I was a little nervous about buying something so critical online, sight unseen, but the process was easy, the delivery uncomplicated, and the mattress is like sleeping on a cloud.
Unbelievable now every hotel and even my old bed feels like a downgrade now in comparison, which says a lot...(as I had a tempur)
I fall asleep in minutes every time... Wake up rested and with no aches or strange pains... Best investment ever...

I've had a mattress topper for a few years...but I wasn't very happy with it. The Emma Topper is quite comfortable though.

Terrible experience
I rarely write reviews but this has been my worst eCommerce experience to date - I feel obliged to warn others.
I cannot tell you about their mattress because it took so long to arrive that I bought from a competitor. I was promised a delivery date of 15/3 and I received two pillows and a mattress protector. The mattress? Nowhere to be seen.
I called DPD and gave them my tracking number- they said that it was a complete order. I called Emma Matratze customer service and they had no idea what was happening and could not give me a delivery date.
2.5 weeks later, without notice, the mattress arrives. No tracking, no email - nothing.
I contact customer service to arrange a return. After a lot of back and forth, a collection was booked for the 7/4 - "we can't give you a time slot". We waited all day. No collection. We thought that maybe there is a mistake with the courier, so we waited all day 8/4. Nothing.
With no end in sight and Emma Matratze holding my money I am compelled to warn you - please do not make the same mistake that I did.

This matress certainly does the job for my wife and I, it gave the most comfortable sleep we have had in years, the pillows are great too. Delivery was spot on time and with it being in a box not too difficult to manoeuvre. All in all a very good buy.
