Disgusted at the total lack of customer service and delaying tactic used to prevent issuing a refund. I purchased Nov 22
10-15 day delivery quoted
Mid Dec email received delay til end Jan 23
Mid Jan further delay email End Feb 23. Refund requested no reply.
I purchased with PayPal Card so it was escalated to PayPal for assistance, Emma replied that there was no expected delivery date for my purchase. Again refund requested suddenly a delivery date appeared on my order and Emma couldn't issue a refund as the item had already been dispatched (I have my doubts as to the truth of this statement) 10 days later the item is still listed as being processed by DHL. Emma still refuses refund until I return the item of refuse delivery. Delivery has now been refused by contacting DHL directly, still waiting on a refund.

Mattress is super comfortable
Mattress is super comfortable. Ordering process was easy and shipped right to our front door. Was skeptical about ordering a mattress before trying it out, but am very happy. Lower back pain from the old mattress has vanished!

Comfortable bed and solid bedframe. Quality material.
I was quite on the fence about buying a mattress online without in person testing.
I am very happy with the quality and experience though.
The bed frame has a very good quality powder coating, is very sturdy, doesn't make any noise and the grip strips hold the mattress and bed sheets in place very well.
Can't really classify how hard or soft the mattress with springs is. I weigh 72kg and always feel comfortable and have a good night sleep in it.
I've been using the mattress for 3months and it is still as comfortable as the first day :)
Only gripe is that i don't think it will be as easy to pack up as it was to unpack when i have to move again. But that's not in the product description 😅

The delivery was fast but the package was damaged a lot. Maybe you can put the delivery together and not in so many pieces. The service on the phone was TOP! i sleep like an angel. And thats why i would recommend Emma to everyone!
