Unpleasant experience and would not recommend, ordered a fragrance well over a week ago and did not receive any further news besides the order confirmation. I had to contact them by email (website form does not work) and they responded fairly quickly stating that my fragrance is out of stock which shocked me as it did not show this anywhere. Only alright thing was the customer service and the provision of a full refund (deservedly) in appropriate time.

Purchased Nyla perfume, had seen it on other platforms but Emirates Oud were the best deal I had seen, quick delivery very happy with my purchase already have my eye on some other perfumes will be ordering soon.

Local shop to me, so I can pick up in person which saves on the delivery cost, which is a nice option. But anyway, prices are very reasonable compared to other online competitors. Having met the family who run this business, I liked their work ethic and morality.

Placed an order, after 6 days I had to ask what is going on as there was no update and noone even send it yet. Then when I check on it instead of 3 perfumes I payed for I received only 2. Shame all of them suppose to be a gift! On top of that noone even informed me that one of the product will not arrive so I had to ask myself. Hopefully I will receive my refund.
One of the boxes been smashed as well.

Excellent company, authentic products at competitive prices. Communication has always been good and delivery promt. No.1 choice for UAE fragrances.

Bad customer service. Never ordering from them again. Ordered 4 perfumes. Received 2 of someone else’s order. Instead of fixing my order. They refused to post my order or give refund till they received there order first. No compensation for causing the problem in the first place.

I’ve bought a few bottles of perfumes from Emirates Oud and will buy many more, the description of the fragrances, for me, are spot on as they should when you can’t smell before you buy and I’ve been very happy with each and every one of them, with the hologram on the box gives you piece of mind.

The site was easy to navigate and I was pleasantly surprised how many fragrances there was on there. My only issue was with the delivery which took longer than expected. And I had to contact them to get an update on delivery date, hence the 4star. Will definitely be purchasing from them.

I haven't received my parcel yet, I ordered 11th of March today is 24 of march.i will never order again.i will tell everyone to not buy anything from you .I want refund.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING!

if i could give no stars I would. I ordered something back in OCTOBER. It was delivered to somebody else’s house. I’ve been in contact with both Royal Mail and no one is communicating with me. I expect a full refund or the product to be re delivered and if not I will be seeking legal advice.

This is the second time I have purchased from this store. Both times have been great. I love vanilla voyage, Ive brought 3 bottles now. Service is great and also a great price. Despatch can be a little slow but I always order in advance. Will continue to purchase from here.

A very good company and honest people to work with. They answer immediately when you need help with something and they do really good discounts. Their website is very informative if the products that they are selling and what the perfume is inspired by. Really really great to deal with.
