I have only used this company twice and service has been excellent. My second order was delayed slightly due to the carrier, I contacted the customer services and it was sorted immediately.

The fact that I'm ordering genuine and not fake fragrances. Also when you talk to them about your delivery they will do thier best to expedite your order.

The site is easy to navigate and the choice is huge. Also the 10% discount is a bonus using the code.
The downside is after you have ordered.
A few times ive gone through the ordering process only to have an email days later no stock. Sometimes the item just sits for several days with no further process for delivery. So hence 4 stars. If they sorted out not been able to order if no stock and sped up the delivery I would give a 5 star rating.
