Great quality samples
Shipping was fast. There were a lot of colour options to choose from. Samples are cut iffs of the actual stock and are a great size giving you a very good idea on what the flooring will look like.

Excellent customer service
The staff, Stephanie initially and then Hamish locally were very helpful. Ive ordered the flooring to be delivered in two days.Stephanie helped identify the flooring that was better quality and in stock locally, so it met our deadline for delivery and our budget. She sent us samples to aid our purchase. Hamish confirmed the availabiliy and pricing and arranged delivery in 2 business days.
