Craig was very personable and…

Craig was very personable and communicative, he talked me through what he was doing and why throughout each step of the service. It was also great to hear how his company look after and service their clients. As soon as he arrived he checked what PPE I would like him to wear and was very prepared for the appointment. I will always request SSE direct any boiler related issues directly to him in the future.

Not a good experience

Not a good experience. Could have taken more care during emptying the water tank. Flooding of the bathroom would have been avoided. We were left with no heating upstairs. This has been now sorted efficiently by a different company.

Really impressed with Embassy Gas, from getting email updates of the appointment and expected arrival time, to excellent service and attention to detail, all done in professional and friendly manner. By far the best service in my experience.

Our engineer Craig was great

Our engineer Craig was great, very friendly and thorough. The only criticism was that the phone line you give went to answer phone. If it isn't manned at 0830hrs don't give it out.
