The puzzle came in a bag, not in a wooden box with the picture on the cover as expected.

The bag was nice but the puzzle picture was on a small tag. Very small. Difficult to refer to.

One puzzle was missing 1-2 pieces so we couldn’t complete

I ordered 3. Still have two more to do. Will see if they have all their pieces l. Fingers crossed.

I wish I could write a great review. I bought 3 puzzles, 2 as graduation gifts for my graphic design neice and nephew. I had bought from other companies and the puzzle would come in a nice wooden box with a great picture of the puzzle on the front of the box so you could see what it looked like to put it together. This puzzle comes in a bag which is okay I guess for young adults but there is only a tiny picture (like a price tag) attached to the bag. It is sooo tiny so not helpful to help put the puzzle together. I had to pull the picture up on my phone on the website. The wooden pieces are tiny but strong and very colorful and fun little shapes. My son and I enjoyed putting it together and it looked nice once put together, but not really what I expected and not as nice as other companies.

I enjoyed the puzzles I got but since they are shipped in a bag rather than a box one puzzle had a couple broken pieces that can’t be fixed and make the puzzle not stay together. Also the puzzles are cut the same so once you’ve put one together it’s pretty easy after that.

Over all happy with products except one jigsaw was far to big for container and was bulging out the sides,. Perhaps you could get bigger container for large jigsaws

Look really good online but puzzles are very small. Pieces are tiny and easily broken. Not what I expected.

The puzzle itself was really fun to do. Very different from the usual jigsaw puzzle. The wood is quite strong and the image was good. Very slow postage but I guess you can’t expect fast postage from overseas these days .

I bought one puzzle for a friend as a gift. She really liked the different shaped pieces. She said it was sometimes hard to get the pieces to fit together and had to remove some in order to fit others in but she really enjoyed it. Three pieces were broken and I wonder if it is because it comes in a bag instead of a box. They gave me a voucher but I haven't ordered another one yet. Shipping is on the expensive side.

Very nice puzzles, great to make the time pass

Fun puzzles with interesting pieces, but out of the three puzzles I ordered, 2 had broken pieces in them.

There were a couple defective pieces. Holes in odd spots.

Ordered a puzzle for a birthday present. Puzzle arrived all broken. After contacting the company I was only offered a money off coupon. I was not happy with this as the original item was not fit for purpose so didn't intend on buying another. They refused to replace or refund.

I was very disappointed, especially for the amount of money that I spent. I ordered 3 puzzles to give as gifts and every puzzle had broken pieces.

The postage prices were extortionate. It took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. No box as advertised just a bag. There is no picture to follow just a tiny little picture attached to the bag. I finally got an answer to my email and the answer was that they would offer me a voucher of my next order no apology nothing total con. Do not buy from this company. I purchased a baby yoda for my grandson for Xmas and exactly the same issues just a different company name as I said before do not buy from this company.

Puzzles took a bit to come in but we're well worth the wait. They are beautiful and challenging and very well made. Thank you so much!!

The puzzle arrived in a velvet bag not in a box like the advert.
No picture to aid solving the puzzle. I emailed and asked to have a picture sent to me,the reply I got was they cannot help and suggested I screen dump a photo from their website.
Very poor customer service.

Placed my order over three weeks ago, estimated shipping time was 10 days. Still haven't got my order. Tracker said it shipped at about 1 week, that's it... no progress on tracking. Who knows if I'll ever get my order. Calling customer service today, then giving it a few more days. Then I'm calling my bank to reverse the charges and report it as fraud.

Never even got the $100 in puzzles I paid for and no one in customer service is even helping. These were for a Mother’s Day gift and they didn’t even arrive. Ordered 3 weeks ago. Useless and would not recommend.
