Great puzzle with unique random pieces such as a Jedi.

All right the add shows a box. They come in a lovely bag it's the puzzles that I want they are very good quality and the pieces fit well. The pieces cut in animal shapes kept us laughing. For such a small puzzle there is hours of fun

The puzzles are gorgeous and intricate and challenging, the service received was perfect.

Customer service was absolute garbage. Spent a week arguing about getting a refund for having paid for expedited shipping (5-8 days advertised, took over 2 weeks to arrive). They purposefully avoided multiple direct questions about the refund, finally promised a refund, It's been a week and I still haven't gotten it. Furthermore a lot of the pieces came in broken.

Comes in a nice drawstring bag. Puzzles are very small. Details are very interesting and the shapes are intricate. They are pricey. I wish I could have gotten larger ones for less money.

The puzzle I received was clever, challenging, well-made, detailed, a real pleasure; unfortunately, it was not the one I ordered. I ordered a Tree of Life and received a Yin/Yang-not the same.

It was not what I expected. Much smaller and in a bag, not a box as shown in all their ads.

Absolute rubbish! So completely and utterly disappointed! Came in some shabby fabric bags colours were no where near as vibrant and not in the beautiful boxes as advertised. All 3 puzzles had between 5 and 15 pieces broken if not more and when I sent photos and had multiple interactions with so called customer service (ha!) And ultimately asked to be refunded was told that I had to send back my already broken puzzles to place of origin at my expense from NZ to Japan at which point they would assess whether I was eligible for a refund. So gutted! They are sitting on the floor waiting for me to just chuck them in the bin! Do not waste your money please! 😡😓

Do not waste your money. Puzzles are shipped in a fabric bag not a box. Many pieces are broken or missing. No one from support replies when contacted. And oh yeah, they are expensive! I wasted my money on 3 puzzles.

Absolute crap! Shipped in a cheap cloth bag with pieces missing! I bet no one will see this, but you got your money, so you probably don’t care either!

Hey guys,
I was so excited to buy these wonderful looking puzzles in a fabulous box, to give as important presents.
But I was bitterly disappointed in them. No box,so much smaller than expected, broken parts and in a bag instead.
Not sure what to do now!
Definitely NOT worth my hard earned money!!

Took longer than I expected to arrive, but the puzzles are great! My wife loves them, and our grandchildren even put down their phones for an afternoon to help assemble one.

Arrived quickly, couple pieces had very tiny chips, but didn’t effect the puzzle 🧩. Warps when glued, but can’t be helped. It’s a nice break from a regular puzzle

I NEVER GOT MY PUZZLE? REALLY AND I NEVER GOT ONE FROM LOUIS PUZZLE EITHER.IT WOULD BE REALLY NICE IF YOU LOOKED INTO THIS...

Awful customer service. Don’t get what you pay for. Returns to China at your expense.
Did not realize they came from China or I wouldn’t have ordered

Finally got my order. Thank goodness. They do mislead you on the website. You think they come in a box. No a drawstring bag. No large photo of puzzle so take a picture of it on website and print it off. Some pieces will not interlock so may need to glue it together. But I got it. Would I order again? No but I am glad I wasn't scammed. Know what you are getting. And be patient. Almost a month till mine came.

I am so disappointed with my experience with Elonpuzzle. I specifically asked if the puzzle came in the lovely box as advertised, as it was for a gift. I was told yes it was. When it arrived it was in a blue velvet draw string bag, not even in a sealed plastic bag inside. I have no confidence that all the pieces are there and feel unable to now gift it as a special puzzle for my brother. When complaining I was told it could be returned for a refund, but the conditions for return were unlikely to be able to be met, and I would therefore have no puzzle and no money. False, misleading advertising.

I was expecting it in a beautiful box like what’s on your website. Very deceiving.
There’s no Instructions or a larger picture on how it goes together.
It’s a preasant for my sister in law who loves puzzles but now I don’t know if I can give it to her. 😞
