Beautiful puzzle. Great fun

Not even worth 1 star. ..I think I will write a letter to Xi Jinping and let him know he has crooks in his country. Still waiting for my replacement puzzle!

My puzzle came in the time expected. The puzzle came in a nice cloth bag with a picture of the puzzle attached. I am use to a box, but that's fine. All the pieces were there. I saw some negative reviews, and I felt I should offer my own, positive experience. I enjoyed putting the puzzle together, and passed it to my daughter.

DO NOT USE,TERRIBLE COMPANY, THEY GIVE YOU A BOGUS TRACKING NUMBER, THEY REFUSE TO EITHER REPLACE OR REFUND MISSING ORDERS. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! SCAM COMPANY, HORRIBLE.

I was told that my order would be delivered in 8-12 days - that was 22 days ago. The tracker said my order had been delivered to Kansas, USA, even though I am based in Southampton, UK. I've chased this up with the company and have been given an order number (that links to a random Chinese website - something about refrigeration, I think) and a shipping number that says it hasn't left China yet. The puzzles were to be gifts for my siblings visiting from Australia. I doubt I will get them in time now. I would not order form this company again.

It is not that anything is wrong yet, I just haven’t received my order yet and the emails I am receiving sound as if I have it. Nope I don’t!

Absolutely horrible. Do Not Buy. It is a fraud.They sent me the wrong puzzle, the wrong size. And I know I will get little to no compensation or it will come at my cost to return and hope for the best. What crap

Love the puzzles I bought. They are very unique. Started on one puzzle and am missing a couple of edge pieces. Not sure about the others yet. Disappointed because they don’t want to make it right and send me another one. All they offered me was a voucher that won’t even cover the cost of the puzzle. What good is a puzzle without all its pieces? Buyer beware of this company. I guess that’s what I get for buying overseas.

The puzzles were beautiful when lit together. I enjoyed figuring out how the pieces went together. I was disappointed at first when there wasn’t a big overall picture but i enjoyed the challenge of putting it together without one. I did have one piece that wasn’t completely broken. I do think a box would provide better protection.

Thanks for the beautiful puzzles. They were very fun and challenging to do. I enjoyed them so much that I bought several more. I can't wait for them to arrive.

I was disappointed that it came without a picture of what the puzzle is.

Bought for my daughter, but its hard to do a puzzle when you dont know what it is or how big it is.

Recently purchased Rabbit and birds puzzles. Like many others I was disappointed in receiving the puzzles in a drawstring bag with a tiny picture. The Rabbit puzzle was correct but the birds was a shocker. It had broken pieces and all the edges were burnt. Would not buy from this company again. Pity really, because they were lovely bright pictures.Haven't bothered to contact as I won't get my money back.

We loved the puzzles! The colors are vibrant. The pieces are fun.

Absolutely rubbish. Puzzle had much fewer pieces than they advertise. Badly fit together and suitable only for a child. Can't believe the crap comments they come out with when you complain to them. I ordered the large puzzles that were supposed to have 500 pieces, it had 167, they just told me it was the right size and they wouldn't accept as return. Don't waste your money!!

I can't believe I paid 28 dollars for a puzzle in a bag. What happened to the box shown in the video. The video is very misleading. So disappointed. I want my money back.

Disappointing and not cheap! I loved the box in the video - no such luck. Arrived in a plain drawstring bag with a tiny picture. Ordered large as I thought it would be a bigger finished piece, but I think it just means same size, more pieces. Hence the pieces are tiny! The picture with hands in it on the website makes the puzzle look big, but this is deceptive. Haven't put it together yet. Got it for a gift, but won't give it in case of missing or broken pieces. Tried to put a review on the website, but it didn't show... Won't bother trying for a refund- lesson learned.

Quick delivery and a nice quality product.

Ordered Yin yang puzzles they send me a rabbit instead !
Emailed them showing all receipts of order etc they replied if I return to that email they will give me a voucher. So not good.
Should have just send what I ordered once they recieved my email STATING incorrect puzzles instead of email back n fourth with voucher . Not professional no neal customer service GENERIC if so.
I ADVICE BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT CARE TO FIX ANY ISSUES THEY FAILED IN
