Bought matching white gold wedding bands in June for our marriage in August. The product was:

At time of writing these cost us £300, we weren't expecting amazing but what we actually got what looked and felt like £30 argos rings. For reference these are now listed on Elma website for £368 with engraving. I pity the people who purchase this product. Aside the fact of it's highly inflated price, the quality is poor and very disappointing.

We have worn our rings since 3th August, we have in that time been on holiday 1 week and at home 1 week. Neither of us have been at work or done any manual labour. Our rings look atrocious in just a few weeks they have scratches all over them. Mine looks like I've thrown it on gravel and kicked it about. £300! I've never felt so ripped off and I'm debating further action.

My order was delivered promptly and I then realised that I ordered the wrong sizes. I send them back on Saturday morning and I have received my rings today Tuesday .

Fab quality, engraving was spot on. Looked at the exact same ring in High Street, couldn't get size i wanted for 8 weeks, went on line

Excellent service. We needed to exchange our rings twice as they didn’t fit but this was done very quickly with no fuss. I would use Elma jewellery again.

Easy to order. Look wonderful. My only disappointment is they are very slightly smaller. All my rings are the size I ordered. I got a jeweller to measure and they are a little bit less than the measurement but I was told it could be due to the band shape. I have never worn a court. They do fit but very little wriggle room.

We ordered our wedding rings through Elma Jewellery.

We gave the company the sizes required, when we got them neither fitted.

We took them to a local independent Jewellery shop who sized the rings for us and informed that both rings were different sizes and not what we ordered.

We decided to have the jeweller resize them at a cost of £50.

I asked Elma if they would like to contribute to the cost, they have failed to reply.

I would advise caution ⚠️ before ordering.

Ordered gold and opal necklaces x 3 for my daughter's.
One arrived the next day and was stunning, but it's brilliance was clouded by the fact that two necklaces were missing.
I contacted Elma jewellery and Simon explained their new system had incorrectly selected one necklace. Simon sorted the issue and the necklaces were here within 3 days.
Fabulous jewellery and fantastic customer service.

Me and my husband bought our original wedding bands from here, and sadly he lost his...I didn't think we could replace with the same as it was a his and hers set....but the options and extras on offer on this site meant I could indeed replace it. After I placed my order for the replacement it was a Friday, I received the ring on the Saturday and was extremely happy with it....the sizes are exact and obviously very fast delivery too, which helps massively. I am very happy with both purchases from Elma and will use again if need to without hesitation.
