I was going to remove this review but after the dishonest reply from Elma, I will update it. They were very kind to resize the ring twice, however, this wouldn’t have been necessary had their customer service communicated more clearly. We returned the ring the first time asking for a half size, as displayed on their ring size chart, and after having the ring size measured at several jewellers… But instead of contacting us to say that a half size (P and 1/2) isn’t available in this particular ring style, they just chose to go for the lower size (P) which was miles too small and wouldn’t even go past the knuckles. If they had reached out, and stated a half size wasn’t available, we would have opted for a Q, and eliminated the need for a second return… They also weren’t keen on sending out one of their “free ring sizers”. As stated, we are grateful that Elma Jewellery accommodated the resizing of the ring, but I stand by my original point that their customer service is quite poor, and they only seem to respond quickly when they want a TrustPilot review removed…***

**UPDATED 20/12/25- Elma agreed to take my partners ring back to resize it, but it’s now come back far too small, despite going to 3 high street jewellers to get measured and all giving the same size, because they apparently don’t do half sizes and then decide to choose the size for you instead of asking what you need. Just bear in mind they are clearly using a different size guide to most reputable names out there- we have now requested one of their specific ring sizers to hopefully get it right the third time as we are getting married in the very near future!**

My partner has ordered his wedding ring from Elma Jewellery, a platinum wedding band with engraving inside. It’s beautiful, but sadly, even after having his ring size measured by 3 different jewellers as a Size R, the ring arrived and was too big. The customer care card states that they offer resizing, so we have emailed twice, called daily at least 3 times, and left voicemails, and so far have been greeted with nothing but silence. This is quite a distressing matter, this is his wedding ring, and they can’t even be bothered to answer their phone or emails regarding a resize. Seems this company have just taken his money and ran with it. I will happily update this review should I get a response, but at current, the initial communication began on 11/12/2025, and we’re yet to speak to somebody. Just bare this in mind when ordering from this company.

Ordered a wedding ring on a Saturday evening and received it on Tuesday. Unfortunately size was incorrect on my part, I returned it the same day and had a replacement on Friday. Great customer service would highly recommend A+++++

I was looking to buy a ring which was £219, but I had to wait 2 days until payday. Just gone back on to order it and it is now £454....how is that even possible. More than doubled in 2 days.
That's a ridiculous increase...think I'll just look elsewhere

I’m so glad I found Elma Jewellery, after weeks of searching on and offline, I found the perfect platinum band for my husband to be. At first I was very cautious as the value was unbelievable!! I did my research and after reading other reviews, I decided to purchase the ring. Let me tell you, I am so happy with the ring… i did a dance. The ring looks amazing, the best quality, engraving is all perfect, honestly I am so happy and know he will love it too!! Given quality and value I will be shopping here again. Purchased 2 rings from this company and I was very skeptical; I cannot recommend them enough!

Ordered two rings on Friday evening. Received email with the tracking numbers on Monday and arrived on Tuesday. Great product quality and Excellent service and well recommended.

I bought a set of matching wedding rings as a gift for my wife to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary from Elma jewellery via eBay. They arrived promptly and after taking a quick look I put them away until the required time. Unfortunately when the moment came to try them on, I had managed to get both sizes wrong and they were to big. I looked at the return policy and I only had around 3 days to do so which was no good for me as we were away celebrating. I contacted Elma jewellery and they were very understanding and replied back saying no worries just return them asap and they would exchange them for the correct sizes. So on return home I sent them away and within 3 days I received the correct size rings which was fantastic and made my wife and I very happy.
So I would just like to say thank you Elma jewellery for being understanding and bravo on your excellent handling of this situation in correcting my mistake so quickly, it is really appreciated and I would recommend anybody to use these jewellers in the future. Many thanks from a happy customer. A++++

I had a good experience of Elma when the ring I bought turned out to be too big, and they swapped it for a smaller size without a quibble. Great value rings.
