Just as i hoped…

Rather a long wait but the bracelet did arrive and I am delighted with it.the company were quick to respond to my queries and were courteous and helpful. My grandson is delighted with his bracelet.

Don’t hesitate to ask

Okay so my son loved his gift but he wasn’t wearing because he couldn’t open it, there was nothing wrong with the product it was a miscommunication and he didn’t really read the instructions properly nor me 🙄.
The great thing is that your support line was excellent and very helpful and swift in returning my email. They sent a video and the problem solved. Thanks so much the quality of your product is excellent and I’ll be buying my gifts from you in the future 👍

PERFECT

I ordered an engraved bracelet for my grandson, which he loved, I was then diagnosed with terminal cancer and he didn't want to tell me the catch wasn't working properly. I found out and contacted them, explaining time was of the essence, they were marvellous and kept in touch telling me how everything was coming along. I have now received a replacement also engraved

I had brought a wrist band for my son…

I had brought a wrist band for my son but unfortunately it didn't fit comfortably. Cess at Ellie Grace was magnificent in enabling me to return the item for a replacement bracelet for my sister, who is going through a tough time at the moment.

Classy and elegant

I bought my twins one each for Christmas. They love them and are constantly getting compliments on these bracelets. The meaning behind them are beautiful and they look super classy on.
Customer service was very good. Cass is very friendly and fast at responding when I had an enquiry. An absolute pleasure to buy from. Great to support an Aussie business and I will definitely look to purchase more in the future.

SCAM WARNING!!!!

SCAM WARNING!!!!! Dont buy from this company! My necklace arrived snapped and chain broken. I have emailed and called and no reply or return of call. It's disgusting and disappointing how a company cannot get back to a customer ro replace what came beoken! so they have left me no choice but to leave this comment. DONT WASTE UR MONEY!!!!

Very let down and will never use Ellie Grace again

I ordered two items on 9th February - two day later I got an email saying the factory is closed until 24th February! No mention of the closure on their website nor when placing my order . My orders have still not been received and have missed the important date for my gift to someone special. When I received the email about the factory closure, they said they were grateful for my order and would I put a positive review on Trustpilot - NO WAY and I will never use Ellie Grace ever again.

Outstanding customer service

I bought an infinity bracelet for my husband for Valentine's day and had it inscribed. The bracelet was lovely but after 1 day the join between the infinity symbol and the bracelet broke. I contacted Ellie Grace and they answered my email within an hour and arranged for a replacement bracelet with engraving free of charge. The customer service has been amazing.

MAKING IT RIGHT What actually made my experience great…

What actually made my experience great was that although there was a problem with my order and I had to begin an email exchange to sort it out, I am happy to say that Ellie Grace honoured their offer and everything was rectified. I so appreciated their willingness to resolve things and to ensure that I felt valued as a customer. It just proves that no matter what the problem, good customer relations can always maintain strong consumer ties. I look forward to enjoying more of their beautiful products.

Terrible experience and jewelry....run

I ordered my 3 grown children special gifts for Christmas. They were supposed to arrive 12/8....I received 1/21. I tried to cancel when there was no additional tracking to arrive by Christmas. I was told they had shipped; but, there was no updated information and they couldn't provide me with any. Just said order being processed. The communication was terrible. When I finally received the items....the pieces were cheap, scratched, and my son's did not have his name as requested in original order even after I had reiterated in an email what should be on the piece. Ellie Grace refused giving a full refund. They offered 30% when every single bit of the frustration was due to their company. So, I received $21 back on an almost $100 order and I'm stuck with pieces I would never give anyone. Their advertisement photos are great....but, being a photographer myself...that's possible with anything. Run from this company. They are not honest or stand with their customers on satisfaction, timely delivery, communication, quality products, or even getting the order correct. And, I know for a fact that my order had not shipped when I tried to cancel. So, I was lied to.

I ordered a bracket for my partners…

I ordered a bracket for my partners birthday back in early Jan I’m still waiting to date, I’ve been emailing and said everything is in hand and they will check then I leave it and email again and get the same response ! but it’s obviously not so frustrating requested a refund and they just avoid that in the email really disappointed

Highly recommended with excellent service.

I can't be more impressed with the service I have received from Ellie grace. They have replaced a bracelet for me as it didn't fit my husband. Ring turned finger green

Unfortunately, a ring I bought for my daughter caused her finger to turn green after just one day of wearing it. Her hands were clean and she doesn’t usually react this way. When I tried to return it, their response was very slow, and I had to follow up multiple times. They only replied after I chased them, providing advice on how to wear the ring without oils or hand products. I reassured them her hands were clean and that I didn't expect a ring to cause this. After a lengthy back-and-forth and waiting for emails, they offered a partial refund. By then, I was fed up and couldn't be bothered with the hassle insisting on a full refund and return. The ring is now sitting unused in a drawer, and will probably end up in the bin. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I purchased the mother and daughter…

I purchased the mother and daughter bracelet which was absolutely beautiful better than I expected,also got the leather one for my nephew and put his siblings names on it which was also a good buy ,made very strong material. Definitely would purchase from here again. Things aren’t expensive so I didn’t have to much expectation to be honest,but definitely pleased with what I bought.

A beautiful and affordable present for those you love

I bought one for my husband for our 10th wedding anniversary in March 2025, and he STILL wears it to this day with love and pride. I was skeptical as I didn’t know the company, I won’t lie, but am super happy and would happily buy again from Ellie Grace. Beautiful bracelets, , and a beautiful way to show someone you love them.
