I have been ordering from this amazing company for awhile now and the quickness of shipping is outstanding. Almost always my items ship same day. I recommend this company to all vapers who want quick service and low prices.

First off I have to say my experience at Ejuice Store started kind of bad. I won't go into what happened, but they made up for it and then some! Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced,in any area. Highly recommend, they have great prices and the shipping is fast and pretty reasonable

I ordered 4 products and only 2 came I contacted them and yes they did refund me but very disappointed that they didnt follow through with product will never use again I am currently looking elsewhere

Ejuice store has the BEST PRICES and fastest turnaround time hands down! I pay less for TWO bottles of juice and shipping with ejuicestore.com than I’d pay for just one bottle at my local retail store. Their site is super easy to navigate and customer service is fantastic! If you want to get away from high prices, low inventory, and long wait times, I highly recommend ejuicestore.

I will be 100% be buying my juice and or supplies from here from now on the juice I got sells for 25 bucks at the store here in Cali.They sell it for I think 10 bucks and some change , I was buying threw Canada for a while cause it was so hard to find in the states till now, cause of COVID. Juice was fresh and arrived in 2 days . FYI I never write reviews like this , just very happy I got such a great deal and crazy fast delivery. GO Ejuice!!! Thanks again

I ordered a bottle of Phenomenon ejuice on Sunday and got it Thursday and absolutely hands down a great deal even after shipping was half the cost my local vape shop costs for same thing. Will only buy from this company from now on great service and fantastic product at a great price.

I have used many, many vape stores online in the past. Most have "sales" where everything is out of stock and if it's not they take forever to ship. THIS company had my order processed and shipped the very next day. Super happy with this place and glad I found a new go-to juice store. A+

THIS STORE IS DOGS-HIT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DOGS-HIT. THEIR EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS THEFT. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY EXPEDITED SHIPPING, BUT THEY WILL OFFER AND CHARGE YOU FOR IT!!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM CALLED ME A DEGENERATE RE TARD, STOLE MY MONEY, AND DID NOT SEND MY PRODUCT. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. THEY ARE RACIST, RUDE, WILL CALL YOU NAMES AND PROCEED TO TELL YOU TO FOCK OFF BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT WORTH THEIR TIME. ZERO STARS, THIS PLACE FOCKING BLOWS AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND THROWN IN JAIL.

A package did show late so I contacted the store through e-mail. They’ve given me support and was willing to help every step of the way. I believe Brian was the one who contacted me and is great at helping.

I recently ordered some bottles of Devil's Punchbowl Ice and received just regular Devil's Punchbowl. I emailed support, and Brian quickly responded. He sent me a screenshot of my order and it was then I realized I accidentally clicked the wrong Juice. 🤦‍♀️ In my defense, they look exactly the same, except for the word, ICE, at the end 😁. At that point I figured there would be nothing they could do for me and I'd have these bottles of juice I didn't want. After further discussion with Brian, he allowed me to send any unopened bottles back in exchange for a refund. Great! But I still wanted to be able to get the right juice. So instead of a refund I asked if when he received my bottles back, if he could send out the right juice. He responded within minutes and said he was willing to do so. Thanks to Brian for the amazing customer service and willing to help me out, considering it was my mistake causing the whole thing to happen in the first place, and they didn't have to do anything about it if they didn't want to, since I actually received what I ordered. I'll definitely continue to use this site for future orders.

This website is a scam. Do not spend money here. You will get bad juice. The reviews are almost all fake. The ones that are real are 1 stars claiming how bad the juice is.

Even these Trust Pilot reviews.... All 1 or 5 Stars. The customer service will not respond. Everything about them is sketchy. $50 wasted.

If you order here make sure you ship to your post office if not they will just drive past your house and ship it back to Washington. its actually funny that I think about it now it took 4 days to make it to my Texas, but only to half a day to make it back to Washington, then when you get in touch with "customer service" more like "excuse center" they refund everything except the $12.00 2 days shipping (what a joke) they say you can order again. I would never leave a comment like this unless the company refused to resolve the issue and making me pay shipping again is not resolving the issue.

Ejuice Store is amazing. Best prices out there and when USPS lost one of my orders, I reached out to the customer support email and they got back to me immediately offering to send another order! They even threw a couple extra juices in for the troubles that weren’t even their fault. Never ordering from anywhere else!

first time shopping at ejuice store and my overall experience is 9.5 out of 10. yes, my package got delayed a bit due to "vape mail ban" but I've had worse experience with other companies. their price is cheap and have over 100+ brands to choose from. ill definitely be shopping here again

However this was the slowest process, and shipping to receive my product. This place is a joke
