It has been more than 2 months I paid for my favorite and Ejuice store hasn’t refund my money nor send me the products. They just brining all the excuses without taking responsibilities. This is most unprofessional, irresponsible company I have ever experienced to treat customers.

I have ordered several times and have never had a problem with the accuracy or the quality of my order. Shocked to read some of the negative reviews. I will say that the shipping method is less to be desired. They do respond to the support email when I asked why it takes so long. I am used to the fact that my orders usually take around 10-12 days. The package reaches my state within 3 days but takes another 7-8 days to travel 200 miles. I am not going to give them a bad rating because I feel this is out of their control.

I bought ten packs of my favorite juice so I can save Money on shipping. They did send within the 10 or 14 days shipping. But my juice seal was broken on some of the bottles and they all looked like different lighter colors than my juice that I buy every single time from the stores. I threw them away as did the money I spent on them. Wouldn’t even give them to a friend because I don’t trust what they put in them to try and sell to the public! Never heard a response to try and get my money back. Even told them I would ship back all not open seals and just take a loss for the ones THAT THEY OPENED! Never heard BACK!!! Don’t buy from them. Funny business going on here. Total scam and not even close to a customer service satisfaction. AGAIN DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!! Lost all my money!

I ordered my favorite pop cloudz juice from them, and when it arrived the seal was broken and it looked like it had been used. I reached out to customer service twice and I still haven’t heard back from them yet. Never ordering anything from them again.

Ordered or April 3 and find out it will be delivered on April 14th?

All other companies deliver within 4 days.

This is horrible.

This is by far the best experience I have ever had ordering vape products online. I like a particular brand of juice that I have had a hard time finding lately. Not only did they have it in stock, but I received my order in less than a week after ordering. Packaging was great. Each bottle neatly wrapped in bubble wrap. I will definitely be ordering from them for all my vaping needs moving forward.

They had really great prices so I thought they might be a little sketchy. Had a problem when I ordered which was my fault, I put in wrong information, and they helped me immediately with no delay. I just used the slow shipping method and my juices were still delivered in 5 days. The juices are great. This website is fantastic. Couldn't be more satisfied. I hardly even leave reviews I'm just very happy with my purchase. Keep it up guys.

They charge you for expedited shipping and it takes days or weeks to get your stuff. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

i ordered on the 4th of November at 1pm packed and shipped same day at 3pm date of order to delivery took exactly 4 days absolutely amazing service process was smooth i was always updated until i actually received my items this company stands above the rest coustmer for life here

I've had such an amazing experience using this company that I had to go out of my way to write a review. They never asked me to do this, and I'm not paid.

Anytime you have an issue a real person actually takes their time to investigate and help with a rapid response. Not only are they true to their word. But they care. No matter how small of an account or order. I was sent a couple defective items by mistake/ not in their control.. They were willing to replace or refund without an argument. It seems these days that's hard to find. Especially when dealing with people online.

We need more companies like this. I personally asked the person I was working with for his or her information, but they didn't want the credit. I found his name and job title through some emails.

Yeah that was the easiest experience ordering vape juice sheesh it was from Washington to Texas in 3 days and over the weekend not to shabby will order again literally got my order 15 mins ago and was so happy I had to write a review

I've ordered from them several times. They charge shipping because signature is required in Washington State. Yet not once have I signed and they won't refund bogus shipping charge. I ordered over the weekend and paid extra for 1 day shipping. So should be here today 9-14-21 yet usps says delivery is Friday 9-17. Really?? What's worse is this ships within state. I'm PISSED and tired of being ripped off

Have dealt with many of these stores...most disappointing. Not here!

I’m writing to tell you that I’m amazed how easy it is to order my juice from your store. I NEVER EVER buy from any other store, but yours!!
And it’s just crazy how fast my order gets to me. This last time I ordered on a Thursday and got my order on SATURDAY, that’s just NUTS!!
It actually was set to arrive on the following Monday!! It came early!!
And as far as the product, I’ve always been very happy with it. I especially love the juice that you have on sale. (Duh!! Lol)
