I don’t know what other people did but I ordered my 4 boxes of Candy King which is always out locally on the Morning of April 2nd got a shipping notice same day. Said that DHL would be giving it to USPS and I got it at my regular mail time today April 6th! Now that’s fast! And super easy, less than half the price of local shop, even with shipping I saved $55 on 4 100mL bottles. Will 100% be using them again and I was sketched at first. Very impressed and happy. 💨

They charge $11 for shipping which covers any Usps priority mail shipment that arrives in 2-3 days but they use DHL instead and it takes weeks for products to arrive if they don’t lose it of course.
I would never buy from them again!

I can’t speak on other peoples experiences, but mine was fine this time and has always been pretty good. I’ve ordered from them for the past two years with no problems except their couriers. Sometimes they use USPS and sometimes DHL (I think FedEx Ground too), DHL and FedEx can take up to a week depending. However, their processing time is quick and they’ve responded quickly to any problems I’ve had. Prices are good and selection is bad.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Absolute scam of a store. They'll "send" your package with DHL, it'll take at least a week for it to be delivered no matter where you live. Package never arrived, this store refuses to offer a refund or reship packages. Their customer support will stop responding after one email. The one email you get also will be an automated copy/paste. Worst customer service, worst shipping service. Many other better sites to buy from that won't scam you.

Always a great experience using ejuice store! 4 to 14 day arrival of products every time. Great experience always, when they accidentally sent me the wrong juice they sent me a refund right away. Great customer service Great prices will continue to get all my juices from them!

I was skeptical at first. I never heard of this company. I tried them out and man was I shocked at how fast the shipping was. I mean 10 days is not considered fast but it arrives on time. Every time on time. Their catalog is superb. Theyve damn near got every freakin ejuice out ! Give them a chance . U wont regret it .

I have been ordering from this company for the last two years. I made an order of $43 purchasing 4 juices for my vape. I never got the order. The post office says it delivered it but it wasn’t in my mailbox. I have asked this company to resend it and they refuse. I am out vape juice and $43. I will never order from them again.

Ejuice has great prices and amazing customer service. USPS failed to deliver my package then return it to the company. Ejuice and their great customer service team re-shipped my items back to me at my business address and I finally got it. They were great kept me informed and shipped it back out to me free of charge even though I’m sure USPS charge them again for their incompetence not delivering my package the first time. Great company and will use them from now on as great customer service and prices keep clients coming back.

Always have excellent options to choose from, always in stock, prices insanely affordable, with fast shipping. I ordered 16 items in my last order, they forgot to put ONE item in my box. I emailed them and within minutes had the replacement in the mail express! No phone call, no begging, just a 2 sentence email and it was done! SO EASY! Excellent customer service!!

Bought 4 disposable vapes One battery defective Did not keep charge so makes me think dangerous as well as defective for could catch fire Sent pic and video yet told does not fall under refund or exchange

This is the best online store for e-juice out there. They always have my favorite juice in-stock and ship the same day. Amazing selection, always in-stock and fast shipping, what more can you ask for?

I ordered 10 different vapes. 3 of them came without any charge in the battery. I thought it was an issue with the battery. I charged them, and they died after 2 hours of use.
it happen the same with other 3 of them.
Out of the 10 vapes I bought, just 5 worked OK.
their customer service is HORRIBLE. they do not reply to your messages.

I had an order that I couldn't find the order number or any information on, and couldn't remember when it was to arrive. Upon emailing Ejuicestore, they found my info, sent me additional emails, and my juice arrived at a great time. One of the only places online that I can find my favorite juices, and has the best prices I've found. That's all to say, Ejuicestore.com has great variety, prices, AND customer support.

Do not trust them. Customer service is a joke and they will resend opened, used juices to other customers. Also never IDed me, which is illegal.

I placed an order on June 2 and received my order on June 6. For me the shipping wasn't bad at all, and I'm in VA. I took away a star due to 2 juices boxes were damaged and the bottles' seals were already broken on them. I didn't notice any real difference in their flavor of them. Here's my honest review, for what it's worth.

Updated for second order. Although it took 8 days to be delivered, a little longer than first time, it was within the time frame that that was said on the site. I ordered on Aug 2 and order was delivered Aug 10. All boxes were in tact and bottles sealed. Very happy and will definitely be reordering in the future.

If using the worst shipping company in the US wasn’t bad enough DHL took two weeks to get it to me. This I could deal with because Lost Art Vapes juice isn't widely available in Pennsylvania. Juices I've personally vaped for years obviously I'd know color flavor ect. What I got is what I assume to be a version of lost art but whoever version it is is a horrible representation. The juices normally clear and as thick as honey. What I received are juices with a dark brownish tint either indicating they have been steeped for a year or two or are entirely fake. The taste is similar to 2 year old juice and is thinner than water often crackling in tank and offers a headache as a added bonus. One would assume they mimic the flavors and then load down juices with pg to cut cost but keep up the illusion your not being ripped off
