The bag is lovely, very well made and sturdy. One small issue worth a mention; The buckles are not meant to be undone, they are just for show and attach to a magnetic stud underneath. One of the buckles fell off on its first outing and it was lost. I'm not sure how to get a replacement.

Great product - arrived quickly and as described. It is a Christmas gift for my husband so I don't yet have his opinion but I'm sure he will love it!

The KAORI Sport Duffle Bag I bought from Eikenshop arrived today and while I can't comment much on the durability of the product so far, I can tell this already feels like a bad purchase.
One of the features I was especially excited about was the side pocket for storing a laptop. On the product page, the manufacturer features a picture where either 14- or 15-inch MacBook Pro lays on top of the pocket to illustrate the size. In fact, it's not possible to fit in even a 13-inch laptop (tried two different models) due to the narrow pocket opening.
The worst part, in my opinion, is that Eikenshop knew this but chose to mislead prospective customers (in retrospect, it's clear why the laptop on the picture is on top of the pocket instead of inside of it).
Definitely won't buy again nor recommend this brand to anyone out of the principle.

Great backpack!
I chose the model GÖTEBORG and I thought the material would be a little bit lighter. Anyway the backpack looks really great, is robust and well processed!

Just love my new backpack. It looks amazing and has enough space for all my stuff. Delivery was also very quick and uncomplicated

A brilliant backpack! I bought my Lund bag back in October and now use it every day on my commute and for weekend adventures too. It's incredibly practical with a laptop compartment and lots of pockets. It feels secure and it looks great too!
The material is really good quality and I've also received an email that details how to care for waxed canvas bags... (this was really helpful - thank you Eiken!).

Initially I was worried about the price tag but I'm so glad that I bought one - the quality is worth it, I know I won't have to buy another rucksack anytime soon.

I would thoroughly recommend these bags to all budding adventurers.

I got a Helsinki backpack from EIKEN and the whole experience was top notch.Communication was excellent from start to finish.Product came on time and first impressions are very positive.Wonderfull design,superb quality materials and comfort fit.Would definitely purchase more items from EIKEN.

Recently I purchased a bagpack from here and its qualtiy was fab. I love it. Prices were reasonable and I really like the colour and qualtiy of the bag, I absolutely adore the bag.

I was looking for a rucksack without zippers because I am sick of them malfunctioning or being hard to zip/unzip at awkward times or when you have only one free hand. I was also looking for a roomy bag with a wide mouth. As well, I did not want one made from polyester or other similar material. Finding a bag that fit these criteria was a lot harder than I thought it would be. Finally, I came across the Malmo. After two weeks, I am very satisfied with it, not least because it looks cool and because it has no zippers and a wide mouth, but it is obviously sturdy as well. One of the snaps on a pocket buckle came off and Eiken Shop sent me two buckles to replace it, so now I have an extra. Much appreciated. It remains to be seen how durable it is. I would like it to last many years. But I definitely recommend it, especially to my fellow zipper-haters.

It's now April 2022. Sad to say the bag is not that durable. Little things on it break or tear. Can't recommend it for the long run.
